The camera man really grated on me with his comments and stopped the flow on numerous occasions with his demanding and miss directing and I actually felt sorry for the lady !

I find Martins input very helpful, however we take onboard your opinions and we might try making a video with just one person talking, but that might not be quite as entertaining. Who knows you are probably right.

Your format was Great.
Martin threw myself and apparently others as well off, with his tirade of put-downs... It's even possible that he didn't intend to come off as vindictive. But that's doubtful. We're all adults. We know how to be supportive. The young lady was absolutely Gracious in her demeanor.
In contrast: Martin was not. I had to watch it all over to mentally filter Martin out. Again, we're all adults, and must bear responsibility for bad attitudes esp at work, where we'll be viewed all over the world, by fair-minded, professionals who know better.......
I hope that was a one off..

I doubt I’ve ever left a negative comment, but Martin’s disrespectful interactions and commands takes the cake today. The villa was beautiful but his unnecessary, constant snark left me leaving less than 10 minutes in. I mean I could have just muted it, but he was like a back seat driver and the video was so dis jointed by not following the in front camera host. I agree with the others, he was rude & unprofessional No matter how nice the accommodations, I would be reluctant to work with this organization.

Thanks for watching and it´s a shame you switched off before reaching the best and most exciting bit. However, we are delighted with the response and positive reactions to the property and video.
Ya, I agree, the same for me. It was somewhat disorganized with neither of them on the same page.
Nonetheless, it was a great property and I enjoyed seeing it all the same. I guess real estate agents aren't necessarily expert videographers, so I forgive them. They did their best and Joanna seems like a lovely lady!
Martin needs to keep quiet. If you’re trying to portray a professional business this is a great advert of how not to do that.

The first few seconds of the video were nice and then the cameraman 'Martin' opened his sewage mouth. Hey Martin, STFU!! The female host was great and you could tell she was uncomfortable and being bullied. The cameraman interrupted the flow distracting the host (a lovely woman). You call yourself 'Luxury'?!? Redo the video with the female host and a cameraman who is professional and shhh does not talk and obeys the host. And another thing, one does not get tired of looking at the same beautiful view.
I hate to beat a dead horse, and I never leave comments, but I agree with the majority; you can't be the cameraman and boss the host around. She directed him to show the stairs, and he refused. Maybe he wants to host; if not, you must follow her lead, Martin. I would recommend you pick up some tips from Enes Yilmazer. His cameraman talks and comments, but he's not disruptive; he's complimentary.

It was hard to enjoy the views and the house because Martin kept cutting off that woman every time she was speaking. Martin, learn some manners.
Was super disappointed to find out, at almost the end of the viewing, that this perfect for us place wasn’t for sale! 😢 Would have been nice to know at the start that this was a rental. Not to mention the awful treatment of the lovely woman showing it. The camera man ruined the flow, was extremely condescending, and someone I would never want to do business with. What a shame all the way around.
Your cameraman should keep quite, to many cooks in the kitchen, so frustrating.

What a stunning property. The host is gracious and full of energy, however I couldn’t stand the cameraman’s extreme rudeness. What an @$$hole!! I would love to see more of your properties, but I’d refuse to buy anything through your agency if Martin still works there. His treatment of this beautiful lady made me feel so upset!!

Okay it is very hard to stay respectful. It is a beautiful property but it is so badly presented because of this camera man. Rambling about hist time sydney and totally disregarding any guide of the presenter. If i was the seller i would have this presentation taken off and redone with a professional camera man.

Nice Villa but very irritating to watch. The constant redirecting of the host who was doing a lovely job was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Bruh! just let the woman do her job, and just be the camera man and quit cutting her off geez! would have been a good content if it wasn't for that cameraman, either be the presenter or show us around and stop interrupting. you've just ruined the whole vibe and all that stunning villa.
Maybe you inadvertently bumped into a viral style. All the comments complaining about Martin may be the reason this video has so many more views than your previous videos! ;)

The photographer is a control freak! The realtor is there to show the property and his interference makes me want to change the channel.
I am most attracted to professional people. The lady is not and he has an attitude. I was most interested in this property it was like getting a tooth pulled just watching it. Please learn how to present the properties. I’ve seen these two before . My advice has not changed.

I must have missed why some people found fault with the cameraman. I thought he was very good. He was directing her & reminding her of points she missed. It seemed she was the novice & he was more experienced but both bounced off of each other in a complimentary way. Beautiful house & I would have liked to know the sale price, even though it’s not up for sale.
I agree with you. She was annoying, pointing out televisions, pretending to be a movie star. She doesn't have a clue about being a real estate agent. Please don't use her anymore, Martin.

Yes it's absolutely stunning and beautiful but not everybody can afford it, not nowadays unless you want to give me a deal and I move right in but you know it makes out of people that cannot afford it feel really bad I really like the place though gorgeous. And I do agree but all the out of comments that the cameraman needs to be quiet and let the host actually showe the house he intervenes too many times that's not how you supposed to do it it can be a very negative thing.

I had to stop watching... I guess it's a wonderful property but the rudeness of Martin towards the nice presenter lady made me really angry. You can actually FEEL how uncomfortable the lady must have been, and hear it in her voice. Getting more and more insecure, as longer the video goes on.
