Just ordered a 41 inch, I have been playing a beginner guitar for almost 10 years and the neck is starting to bend. I’m also stuck on the “playing/strumming only chords” level and wanted something that had lessons and other tech in one package to keep me engaged. Thank you for this video, just found your channel and love your relaxed approach to your videos.
I have a Spruce 36. I think of Lava guitars more for convenience during travel or practice, so I stick with my Lava ME 4 Spruce 36 as it takes up less space. Love my '71 Guild D-50 more for acoustic sound.
Big fan of my 36" spruce. The 41" sounds fuller and I think I'd have an easier time with the wider neck... HOWEVER ... the 36" still sounds good and the smaller size just seems more accessible for practice.
my dear friend, I'm glad to know you're so selfish. My dream was to have one, but unfortunately I can't afford to buy one. I use an old 3/4 student guitar, which I use to improvise while following RUclips videos. My dream was to do this with a lava and learn how to use the loop and play around a little. The only thing that brings me peace and tranquility is, without a doubt, the time I set aside at the end of the day to improvise a little. I am very happy to know that you managed to achieve this goal. Good luck and a hug from the Azores Portugal.

Do you know where I can find a list of all the effects present in the LAVA ME 4 Spruce 41" model on the web? There's not even a manual on the Lava Music website... 😕
I have a 41" spruce. Love it. My only complaint is the neck isn't quite to my preference, but that isn't the guitar's fault. It's just my preference. Every guitar has different ergonomics. The features are quite ground breaking. There isn't any other guitar like it as far as I know. 👍
Bought my Lava 3ME about a year ago and it's great for learning, recording and effects but it does not have the soul of a well built wood guitar. If your playing unaccompanied. it's great with the effects, but I still prefer my Furch. I bought my Furch after watching your comparison video 4 years ago. Furch vs Lava vs Eko. While watching it, I liked the sound of all of them, so started to read the comments while still listening. Every now and then I heard the sound i liked, so scrolled back up to see which one you were playing. Every time, it was the Furch that sounded best. Thats when I decided to buy the Furch. Bought the Lava about 3 years later because I thought it would be cool. It is, but I still prefer my Furch Thanks Marco.
I completely understand but to compare a Lava with a Furch is like comparing a Ford with a Rolls Royce. Of course the Furch is better in all respects. The Lava was built for a completely different market
I love Lava guitars! I would love to have a spruce top, but unfortunately, I don't have the financial means to buy one. For me, even knowing the sound potential of a larger body, I would opt for the 36-inch, due to a disability in my left arm that makes it impossible for me to make large movements. In this context, a smaller guitar makes playing less difficult. Who knows, maybe one day I will be able to make this dream come true. Hug from the Azores Portugal.
I own the 41-inch model, and I really love it. I have a much more expensive Taylor and almost always go for the Lava guitar. It's an amazing instrument.
I had this guitar for 2 days. The guitar feels cheaply constructed. I experienced 2 full os-freezes within 3 hours of use. Also, the speaker sounds nothing like you hear in the RUclips-video’s. It’s a dull sound. A couple of effects gave a very annoying echo-like beep tone in my guitar. String height is also a problem. The saddle is already very low so you cannot lower it further. Already returned it for a refund. It’s a shame that a €899 guitar is manufactured this poorly. Finally, the color of the guitar doesn’t look like in the RUclips-videos. It’s more a pink color. Not wood-like. False advertising from Lava and their ‘influencers’.
I have this guitar since 2 month. I don’t agree this point of View. For me it’s a pleasure every day. Easy to play, sounds beautiful, perfectly build. The perfect guitar for me.
I have a total different experience. I think it is great and it can sound just like RUclips samples. This is a 700-800 guitar with a bunch of different possibilities with the effects and more. No one can’t expect it to sound like a Taylor, this is really not the intention, which is what most people would say. I love it and use it everyday. For a big concert is not ideal and not the purpose..
You are payed for this, this is fooling people or at least only telling half the truth i have the spruce in 41 and for me the playability is the most problem of this product. This guitar can hardly be adjusted, despite the truss rod you can't get a good string action, which unfortunately makes the product not really comfortable. i am not a beginner and have different guitars, this one is really hard to play. The sound is really ok, but not more. And what use are the most beautiful delays if they don't adapt to the speed of the song. That makes no sense. For me the developing is not at the end, this concept needs a lot of upgrades and better handling possibilities. Cause price isn’t that low. i will have to return it, even though i like the innovative concept of lave, but it is too early to buy one. stay serious
Totally agree with you. This is payed, false advertising. Marco shouldn’t do this to please Lava. The truth is that this demonstration is NOT how the guitar really is.
Marco, I challenge you too record a session without your fancy equipment. Let your viewers hear the real sound. Also, show close-ups of the string-height. This is false advertising dude.
You lost me as a subscriber. I know you don’t care much (money or free guitars are more important probably), but this guitar is NOT what you get. I’ve had 2 and they are rubbish.

Even better. I love a new guitar preview with a tune and a Tab. 😮🙏🏻
Those effects are so awesome, Marco! I have no doubt one of my next purchases will be a Lava 👍
Forget about the size
I was just vibing with the music 🎶

I prefer the 36 because I like a smaller guitar overall.
I havent heard it live, but from what i hear , i will be keeping my Martin.
There is no way you can compare this with a normal acoustic guitar. It’s supposed to be different which it is.
@@thebluecap it is called "irony"

Marco sei proprio forte. Grazie
I won’t argue here. In this case, I think size does matter.
I’m all in on 41

I have to get that song on the first ? ❤
Is it a timed loop ? You don't have to stop the recording manually . How long is the loop i f that is the case
Perfect 👍🏿
Good one..❤
Non si potrebbe ricevere qke tutorial sulla lava me 4 in italiano?

Maybe I had bad luck. My $250 ibanez Artwood sounds much better. Still waiting on my refund…..
😮
Good 👍

That is unfortunate to hear, I was excited when I saw a “natural wood” permutation of the guitar
@@FinalConsensussecond guitar is even more worse. Dead screen after one play-session (30 min). Don’t buy it.
Thanks a lot was struggling to find real opinions, with how many sponsored Videos there are.

Sorry Marco, you are a great musician but I prefer my Taylor 812ce.

After updating lavafirmware a second screen for editing the effects appeared. Now it is possible to edit delay on the tempo of the song.
It’s possible to édit the delay since the first version…
Can u recommend some guitar models
