    Matz likes to run up front as well. It will be interesting to see if Kiptoo is willing to work with Matz and other front runners on Monday. Kiptoo has no fear....he's going to be tough to beat.

    In order to make these Zoom meetings more informative and interesting, they need to make the discussion panels more diverse and inclusive. Only one woman? WHY? Literally no people of color at all, out of seven panelists? WHY?

    Men’s American 5K record held by Kenyan born runner.
    British and European 10K records held by Somali born runner.

      So? The NCAA isn’t only for Americans and Lagat is an American citizen, hence his 5k is an American record. Mo Farah is British, so his 5k and 10k are European records.
