You know after more than a decade I Still feel sorry for the couple who got screwed on Post-It Notes. That alone is bad enough, but after more than a decade, absolutely nobody has done anything to make it up to them. On other million dollar game shows, when they find out that their question was flawed in some ways, there's been multiple times contestants were either invited back or kept their winnings. FOX's own Greed had an incident like this: a $100,000 question asked what ".com" is, in which the team playing answered "Company". It was deemed incorrect, in favour of "Commercial", but then people on the internet and across the country were discussing whether the right answer was "Commercial". Eventually the show came to the conclusion that company was used commonly enough to be seen as correct, and invited the team back later on. They won $200,000, split amongst the 5 with $40k a piece.

Hershey's would more than likely be responsible for that prize as opposed to Deal or No Deal, and they make billions a year, I think they'd be fine
