I have 2 chapter 11's that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is because I did not use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month's rent to the bankruptcy, the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2023. Since I'm looking to purchase a home soon but still there, I am currently enrolled in ShantelKnowsCredit, and I must say, I am loving it thus far. This guy is just another aspiring RUclipsr. None of his content is credible. He never gets to the point until well into the video just to get the views. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY to get credit with just an LLC's EIN. One must also show personal social security number. I established my LLC and my S Corp 3 years ago. No way can one just pull 50k from a lender without stated income.

I have a business account with BoA. They would not approve me for a loan or line of credit.
No surprise there. Big banks are not small business or entrepreneurial friendly.
The banks for a loan or line of credit want financials, see profits, your personal credit score, no major derogatories, and will lend 10-15% of your annual gross revenue. A business credit card you can get from day 1 based solely upon your personal credit score, and they want to see your revolving debt below 50%. Most people operate as a sole prop for too long and use their personal credit cards to keep financing their business. Do as Andrew says, and form your LLC ASAP. When at 40K in profits, file a late S election for the year. Andrew is the man who gives all the financial advice and lending. Keep following him.
@@ScottJLetourneau maybe I misinterpreted something somewhere along this video and/or your comment but it seems as though your commented slighted contradicted what was said in this video. Andrew says these banks will accommodate LLCs of at least 2 years of age without any proof of income, bank statements, tax returns, established business credit, etc.
@@tiaw.7340 First, Andrew is very sharp, and he has great content. I believe, as you mentioned, there is some miscommunication. There is a big difference between forming a brand new LLC with no sales and no history and applying for business credit CARDs, which will be approved or denied based on your personal credit score, revolving debt, and derogatories... this is where you hear of "credit card stacking" and applying for many business credit cards at the same time that pulls from different credit bureaus. That is very different from a business loan or line of credit, where banks typically want two years of tax returns, P& L, check your credit, and many other factors. I hope this helps.

US bank wants to run personal credit, have a Fico score of 680,needs tax returns. I've been in buisness for 3 years and they won't give me a line of credit without all that. Plus they will only give me 20 percent of my annual revenue.

I've talked to Chase, PNC and none give credit with no business revenues at all..and all applications require the soc security and personal credit check which in my case its good,so i dont know where u see they do, perhaps its to you that habe sucessfull business going so they give you the credit. But im tired of hearing all this and not being the case. I've also written to you with questions and never got an answer. Sounds like this channel is just to get views

Bro I think if you have an EIN already and are now going to form an LLC, I think you should find out if you need a new EIN for the LLC. I was told so before doing my LLC. And if you already know the following just disregard: you will need a registered agent, biz phone number, website, etc when doing your USDOT. I have a registered agent that does ALL of the above for cheap. I also heard that if you put insurance on your business, whenever you go for the high ass trucking insurance they will lower the price because you already have business insurance. Good luck bro

Ditto! Same here... I also have a LLC that I've done nothing with except pay renewal fees to keep it active. I just recently received an email reminding me to renew again. This will be my 2nd renewal therefore I'm closely approaching my 2nd year of LLC ownership. I personally thought it was nearly impossible to obtain a line of credit or loan from ANY bank without traditional documentation.

every place asks for your personal social security number even though I have an EIN there is no place that offers business credit without using your personal credit. Unless its ramp and with ramp you have to show your bank statements with at least 50,000 in the bank. these videos are only put out so that you can get views
