Ok so, Gyutaro, Ume, and the Main Four fought Uzui and his wives in the Entertainment District and Gyutaro ended up dying in this fght. Later during the Final Battle Inosuke and Ume were fighting against Shinobu and Ume died from her poison. Inosuke feels guilt because he couldn't protect Ume after Gyutaro was gone.
