I think that the LEM Mighty Bite is widely considered to be one of the best sausage makers by a lot of people, especially for home use. Then, for a commercial option, you have the VEVOR Electric Sausage Stuffer, available in different sizes.

@ any 5 pounds stuffer with metal gears good. I have two of them and both LEM. I have one with plastic open gear which is so-so. This one mighty bite is not good. The gearing is Plastic. Olso, I have Vivor 15 LB electric stuffer which is way under power.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I think for heavy-duty use, something like the LEM Products 1217 30-Pound Motorized Sausage Stuffer would be ideal: amzn.to/4and6Ad (affiliate link).
But for the average person, is it worth spending that much on a sausage stuffer? Maybe if they plan to use over many years. But for stuffing sausages now and again, a plastic stuffer could be the way to go.
