Can we calculate inventory turn over of a given month? So let us say my monthly COGS for the month of JAN is 100 and avg. inventory is 10. what will be the answer?
I dont understand. If COGS is always bigger than the average value of Inventories, we will never make money. Because the value of your inventories are always bigger than COGS

you will add mark up on the inventories when you sell it.
