सड़क की quality और holes को detect करने वाले कैमरे नहीं बनाएंगे यह जो की 2 meg pixels से भी बनाये जा सकते हैँ, जिससे वाहन चालक की जान बचाई जा सकती है, लेकिन किन्ही लोगों के लिए वाहन चालक की जान बचाने से ज़्यादा ज़रूरी उनका चालान करके की आवेरेज speed से ज्यादा कैसे तेज़ चलाई करके पैसा ऐठना ज़रूरी है, मेरा 64 की speed का over स्पीडिंग का चालान आप गया क्या यह सही है?

I have seen a cop driving his car without wearing his seat belt, post which I have put close observation on the license plate and seen that he has altered the numbers by black electric tape. I am sure as of now there is no mechanism developed to find such culprits.
