@@barryfigel9957 i carved every kind of wood , sometimes you just need different or bigger bits and tools to get some heavy wood off. .I'll show more woods and ways on this channel as we go.

Cotton bark is hard to find where I live.
Got some one inch thick stuff is all. Carved a 5 minute wizard out of it. Great video
You can try the same techniques on Pine , Ceder or any other woods you may have available also.
