CAMEL TROPHY 1996 - KALIMANTAN

Apesar das Tarefas Especiais terem sido introduzidas no início da década, há quem defenda que o evento de 1996 foi o último Camel Trophy "tradicional". De volta à ilha de Bornéu, o início desta edição foi marcado para Balikpapan, na costa Este de Kalimantan (parte da ilha pertencente à Indonésia). O final seria a cerca de 100km Norte de Pontianac, na costa Oeste da ilha.
