Balram Naidu is a legendary character in classic Tamil cinema
He is a doope not Only Kamala's voice.
Only Dr Kamal can create and bring in a totally new charector which actually doesn't exist in this world...and we would love that charector 🤣
Every artist takes inspiration from people he/she comes across.
If he creates a character who doesn't exist then no one will understand or relate.
A tamilian acting like an Andhra guy speaking in tamil.....pure genius
Coming to think of it, that is not an easy thing to do. Wow!

In Michael Madana Kamarajan..Dr Kamal acted as a Malayalee cook who speaks Tamil...totally different accent and language delivery yet he nailed it 100% Pakka 👌
He in the only person who can do like this.
In a lot of these scenes Kamal Hassan is in dual roles, but we hardly notice. Amazing !
The biggest crime Tamil cinema failed to do was to encourage Kamal Haasan in making his Sabaash Naidu film carrying out Naidu's antics further. Sadness is not seeing the project being realized despite 40 minutes of footage being edited following the first schedule in LA.
Why did they cancel it?
Plenty of reasons :
1 - June 2016: Original director T.K Rajeev Kumar developed Lyme disease during the first LA scheduled and bowed out owing to this illness. Kamal took over as director and completed the remainder of the first schedule.
2 - June 2016: Editor James's Albert wife was in a car accident, so he had left the project.
3 - June 2016: Kamal was not impressed with Cameraman Jaya krishna Gummadi's work and sought to replace him.
3 - July 2016: One of the major reasons was post the completed schedule in LA, back in Chennai, Kamal suffered the famous leg accident. Originally the next schedule was planned to take place at Vizag, but it never happened owing to this mishap.
4 - January 2017, Chandrahasan's wife passed away. 2 months later (April 2017) Chandrahasan himself passed away. Chandrahasan was Kamal’s elder brother & longtime co producer of RKFI.
5 - Late 2017 : Kamal announces political party intentions with Makkal Needhi Maiam, putting huge doubt in his film career then. Bigg Boss hosting stint later, gave him enough funds to re-start post production works for Vishwaroopam 2. Later he announces Indian 2 as his last, but of course, everyone knows what happened.
Although during Vikram release promotions, Kamal mentioned in Pinkvilla interview that he may revisit Sabaash Naidu project as he still owns intellectual rights. Remains to be seen if this project will happen post current commitments.
