World Cup Model 2 up,16 pocket, rotary cup denester, filler, heat sealer, lidder rated from 20 to 60 cups per minute - depending on materials and application. Fill range: 1oz to 40oz and Container size: up to 4-¾" maximum diameter both (with proper change parts). Currently set with dual 2-1/2" diameter x 5-1/2" long pistons for fill range of 1.45 oz to 8oz. 40" OD rotary turn table, dual cup magazines with recipicating suction cup pic n place, 12" ID x 24" long stainless steel product hopper, dual pistons, bottom-up fill with dual 3/4" OD positive cut off nozzles, automatic film roll stock feeder and rewinder, dual pneumatic heat sealing heads, 40" long dual roller lid magazine with lid applicator and sweep arm reject. A/B PLC controller has control panel with denest, fill, heat seal, regi and clear film, lidder, table jog, on / off switches with temperature controllers, film advance and reverse push button controls, e-stop, pnuematic control package and mounted on (4) leg base with locking casters. Stainless steel and anodized aluminum components, can be washed down and designed to meet or exceed most USDA, FDA, and 3A standards.
