Looks like Starship broke in 2 pieces. Is that what you see? You can see flames coming from the mid section of the ship as if it were sliced in half. The angles on the body of the ship also seem to be indicating the vehicle broke up in 2 pieces.
@@SazzbinnSmutzby the time the vehicle is landing the ship has basically no propellant left, the amount of risiduals is tiny and nothing, and most importantly not "toxic"
That's intentional, they used to cut off one engine when they were doing low altitude test flights too, so that the thrust to weight ratio isn't too high
I don't understand why Space X don't land on a solid surface so they can examine the ship itself and reuse it. Seems like a waste of money not to mention more unwanted trash/pollution in our oceans. I'm all for space exploration but common sense should be used.
Bro you don't have an idea on how rockets work do you? Rewatch IFT5 please. And also, it landed perfectly! You just too dümb to see that it lands on water. I challenge you to let an empty bottle stand upright in water. I bet it will tip over. What happens when a 50 meter rocket tips over? It explodes, and yes that is exactly what is supposed to happen. Oh and btw, its not a waste of money. Your argument is taxpayers, well Starship got funded less than 6B dollar (boing got funded way more and didn't achieve anything). But Elon musk paid 10B+ dollars in taxes! So basically he paid his own rockets. So next time educate yourself, thanks in advance.

Starship launch and Super Heavy landing, 19 November 2024 ruclips.net/video/fnJGVPVMmeU/видео.html
Seeing as they had air assets or a crewed boat, i bet we're gonna get some nifty reentry angles on the official recap. Go SpaceX!
I already can't wait for flight 7!
with the new cabinet in place this might as well happen in under 4 weeks
Yes indeed more toxic fuel into the ocean
Moga 15 Januari 2025 bisa diluncurkan 🙏
@@SazzbinnSmutzMethane and Oxygen? What do you mean toxic?
@KerbalsandWackMacs Methane traps more heat per molecule in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide making it 80 times more harmful.
Woah I came back watching the starship after watching the prototypes years ago and I think this is the future now
Starship's most gentle landing yet. Won't be long till they snag it with a tower now.
What do you mean? They did that a month ago

It did catch on fire. This wasn't a test where they intended to recover the rocket, just a test in a long series of them
@@regthedroid9533so this was done on purpose? I thought it malfunctioned

Another important milestone for SpaceX Team...Great Work!!!
That was nice 😮
is the banana ok?
But, were any sharks injured??
No

Is this starship already using the new crazy minimal engines?
Why didn’t they show the massive explosion?
Did they lose that third engine toward the end or is that intentional?
Yes
That's intentional, they used to cut off one engine when they were doing low altitude test flights too, so that the thrust to weight ratio isn't too high
Can the capsule land on ground instead of splashing down at the sea?
Eventually
It will soon. On earth it will be snagged by the towers just like the booster was. On Mars it's supposed to land on it's own landing legs.
NASA pays SpaceX to land it on the Moon .
Did it land close to Diego Garcia?
Probably
This is the first time I've seen it actually land both booster and capsule. Gonna be pretty amazing if they can perfect the landings soon.
Uh..... search for space x booster catch...

@2:07 that's landing

They were supposed to catch the booster, not the ship.
but they didn't catch either this time.

How SpaceX get starship 6 landing footage in Indian Ocean
From Texas with love, the most expensive shitshow ever.
we have a lot of space trashes floating up there, amazing how those debris bumps into the rocket.
It's not space debris, just pieces of ice from the rocket itself
Bet that water gets hot, FAST!!!
Amazing every time 🎉❤🎉

Nah, this is a new home for marine life to hide from big predators

So cool

Wow! They drowned another rocket in the ocean! Was it their aim?
Yes. They planned to land it once again in the Indian ocean, but this time during the day.
