  • Logistics. Science. And exercising those green thumbs. It’s how #CCCSanDiego Corpsmembers spent several weeks this spring in the desert wilderness of Imperial County. The crew first cleared out invasive species, before tackling their biggest, and rarest, project to date-run water hoses and plant native species across 30-plus acres near Brawley. It was as much #hardwork as it was inspiring. Digging. Planting. And coordinating where each planted belonged. The best part of the project, the positive impact it will have on native wildlife and environment. #CaliforniaConservationCorps #CCChabitat
