I just wanted to reiterate, this video highlights the strategy I used to get into flipping. However, I'm not trying to claim this is the only strategy to flip on the GTL, or the best strategy. There are plenty of other templates and strategies you could use. The strategy I am showing off allows you to flip without a large starting capital, and without a lot of game knowledge. I don't recommend you flip only using this strategy forever, but use it as a way to learn flipping and find success while learning. Is there a reasonable profit margin for every flip?? Or i just list it close below the lowest price?? Cuz there are some for sale mons that i bought that i can flip and profit for 50k-100k ??..(not shiny.. but Some are alphas) Btw im i new subscriber . That's a good question. Profit margin per flip is really dependent on what you deem reasonable. Like in this vide0 for example, I flipped stuff where I made 3k profit, and stuff where I made 60k profit. It really just depends on what you deem worthwhile, and how much liquid capital you're willing to holdup so it can flip. If you mean more of how do you know what price to list it, it's truly up to your own judgement. The live examples I gave of me listing, I would typically undercut whatever was the most similar to mine so mine would likely sell before the one I'd be undercutting. This is a community market, so we make the prices. If I sell something and someone thinks it's worth that price, it's that price. Hope that answers your question!
