Spring Blossom - While there is LIFE, there is HOPE!

Its a suicide prevention initiative, a documentary film by Education Sector, Mongar Dzongkhag. The film, by Thinley Tobgyel, is launched to commemorate the 2nd Royal Birth Anniversary of Mewang Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, the Dragon Prince.
To all who are shadowed by this evil. I say, There is always a "BRIGHT" LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
