Its not as simple as it sounds. Half the time when you go in for the fear youre the one that gets feared or CC’d. Priest has the most exposed CC of all the healers and in the current meta/additional dampening in solo a DPS can get deleted in 4 seconds because you got CC’d going in to fear. It is very situational imo, not something to be used on CD unless you have great positioning…
