I settle on-site even when the customer isn’t home lol. I get on the phone and cover any concerns and keep it moving. Never brought claims back to the hotel. Large loss claims is a different story.

the only reason why I scoped first, close later is because I quite frankly am not good with writing estimates, so once I get that down I will be writing in driveways.
