for a more consistent toss, i would focus on two things. one, throw the ball as you are taking the second step on a four step approach, instead of stopping as you lose momentum, and also keeping the toss quite a bit lower, really flow into the movement. keep it up, you're improving really quickly!
Imma be real with you chief. You running forward with the ball in your hands and in the air made me want want to jump into a wall. (Keep up the good work bro)
Caught some pretty visible wobbles in my latest video! It's the one recommended at the end of this one, I added a comment with a timestamp for your convenience!
like, u gotta finesse the contact into being a good serve regardless of the toss. that being said, your toss should be a little more forward if you want to be more aggressive, or slightly to the sides if you're serving into seams or corners. I actually have no idea what I'm talking about, I've been cut from teams like 6 times over the past 3 years and I'm 5'8 lol
Don’t fear the man who has trained 1000 different kicks once” but fear the man who has trained 1 kick 1000 times remember that

You're toss is too high if possible just a bit above you're head and have a flat hand
Speed up your steps to make more momentum
