Dear Sheikh, I respect your analysis on Riba, Islamic monetary system and haram paper money , I have some questions.
1)Are exorbitant/ normal govt taxes in peace time Islamic.
    2) can a govt of Islamic country pay interest on government loans from the tax collection, while publicly declaring that a fixed and huge percentage of tax collection is being spent on debt servicing.
    3) part of above debt is not used for public welfare but squandered by govt and courts of the land has confirmed this.
In above scenario can we withhold paying taxes (and hence Riba) where we as individuals had nothing to do with the loan approval.
An one who knows how to contact sheikh Imran, please forward my questions. Thank youAQ

Darorah doesn't apply to Riba for it has been strictly prohibited and threatened with warfare from Allah and his messager. There can be no situation whatsoever making it necessary to get into interest.

Can you fool Allah after committing all sins and then repenting your sins to Allah.

Nobody can fool Allah! Repent for even considering that! And read the Quran 43:36-41 about those who get cursed into misguidance and driven into Hell who are unwilling to the reminders of The Merciful.

To the question what to do when you get money from riba from the bank, he said if there was some interest money from his bank he would take it, call his family, explain it all and burn the money.
Now i'm thinking to myself, wouldn't it be better to give it to those who are indeptet because of riba? Not as a rizq to live from, but only to get rid of their riba depts...?
Otherwise i imagine somone who has debts with riba he will never get rid of it even if he repents....

I understand everything he says, makes sense But when he mentioned a husband consuming interest and the husband provides for the wife and family, then the wife and children consume interest. He say's the wife should leave the marriage if the husband will not leave riba. I don't think it's as straightforward as he makes out. This point needs more scholarly discussion, surely.

Pink Salt leaving your husband is not as easy as that. Especially when young children involved. In the West we don’t have the Islamic system; divorced/widowed wife’s paternal family taking care and safeguarding.

@@shaminzafar2475 getting rid of riba and avoiding it is not as easy as he makes it seem either.

That's why women must make sure they're marrying the rightous man from the beginning, so there will be no dilemma in the future with childern involved who have no guilt in this. So halal should be the foundation and already established and satisfied on both sides from the beginning.

Assalamualaikum. I want to know a question from Sir imran hossain.i am from non muslim country. But I'm Muslim.i want to start a small online clothing business page not a website.so my question is..when i will bring clothes from another country should i need to pay Tax on it or not...?
How it will be halal income?

Tax got nothing to do with riba. Online business to become halal you discard your usage of credit. Use visa instead. If you need to borrow, borrow from rich muslim whos willing to lend without interest.
Lastly dont try to drop the price too much from the market price to make people buy from you. This is riba too based on his lectures.

What about the hidden riba you don't know that you are paying but that you are in fact paying? This will be stealth taxes etc.
