I think this is looking like a classic topping pattern. The values are not supported by much and supply is super low. Doesn't mean it can't move a bit higher, but I don't see much real support long-term.

You really are wishing for the BOC to start rate hiking again next year. They said it very clear at the presser that they are concerned about house prices in CPI. The last thing they want is another RE bubble
@@Jo-mf2vu Trudeau brought too many ppl here. And too many are on the sidelines waiting to be able to buy.. eventually boc will drop rates slowly and RE will go higher.
