Hey, everyone! A little different video, but since I attended the Canucks win in the first game against the Oilers, I wanted to share some highlights from the stands and some celebrations, including the final seconds of the game.

Totally agree. Was at Rogers Arena for 2011 R4G5, still have chills thinking about that epic DOW intro... But also the whole experience: pre-game buzz in the arena plaza, just how LOUD it was, people of every age and background cheering and screaming their heads off in pure joy... The crowds overflowing in the middle of all the downtown streets everywhere! Total strangers in Canucks jerseys high-fiving and hugging each other post-game... Never prouder to be a Vancouverite! Hope the boys can extend this playoff run, and that we can all have a chance to come together again like that as a community!

@@dl95000 I always get goosebumps reminiscing about that run. Everything in 2011 was perfect, the only thing missing was winning game 7 in the finals.
Brian Burke drafting the Sedins in 1999, getting rid of Messier, bringing Linden home. Naslund announced as Captain, the Bertuzzi scandal that led to the Roberto Luongo trade. I remember everyone in elementary was talking about the trade in 2006 and Canucks were finally going to win the cup with him in net. His first playoff game and win with 73 saves in 4th OT 12:30AM, Daniel to Henrik and scores on Turco. Naslund passing his C over to Luongo and then over to the Sedins. Canada winning Gold at home in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and Luongo replacing Brodeur as a starter after his bad starts that would have got them eliminated. The 2010-11 season, Naslund gets his number retired. Burrows perfect snipe in Game 7 sudden death overtime after 3 rounds and 19 playoff games with Chicago, who where defending Stanley Cup champions.
We were so lucky to have Brian Burke and David Nonis build this perfect team for a whole decade, AV as coach along with the best powerplay coach Newell Brown. John Ashbridge saying; Ladies and gentlemen, please welcomeeeee, yourrr Vancooooouverrrrr... Canuckssss! during the U2 intro. Best commentators Jim Hughson/John Shorthouse and John GarretIt. It was truly an iconic era in Canucks history
