The battery ones are slightly quicker to set up but I went for a 12V one because you know the cordless one will be flat when you need to use it. They also take a long time to charge up if you find it's low on power. I got a 12V one for £30 that has a preset and stores it between uses so you don't need to set it each time.
I just got one, and love it, its not super loud, and love being able screw the hose onto the valve stem, and that the display shows the current pressure, it is already set to 35 PSI out of the box. Got to use it today, works great
Looks nice but going to half charge after one inflation means that the claim that it can inflate 4 fully deflated tires on one charge is unlikely. Still, it seems to be a nice unit.
@@averageoutdoorsman9342 It does matter, a lot actually. It can only do half as much, and that's with a brand new battery. It's not going to have a usable battery 300 days out either, so that's another lie.
Depends on the size of the tires and also on the required pressure for the tires. I don't see that claim on their site but it says it runs for 40 minutes of pumping. I use a corded one plugged into the cigarette lighter power port but the cord isn't long enough to get my trailer tiresso a cordless one could be useful. The tires are always partially inflated anyway. Also my trailer tires have much higher PSI setting and this one goes higher than the other two I have so maybe it slows down less at higher pressures.

The last time I used re-filled three of my tires PSI were spot on, while on was .5lbs lighter. One battery is way more than enough for a trip, but I still take an extra one or two with me.
I am not worried about inflating tires that are completely flat, that rarely happens. I am not concerned if this inflator can accurately measure pressure, I have a pressure gauge that I always use. I also don't need a light. All I care about is that this device can top off the air in my tires at a reasonable speed so I don't have to drive down to my compressor and get out my air hose to fill our tires, that I can bring it on trips, and that 10 years from now it will still work. I think I want one.
The one thing you didn’t cover and I guess it’s a moot point because you were only able to fill two tires before the battery was about dead, but that has to do with overheating after a certain amount of time. Most of the small units can’t run longer than about 20 minutes because they will overheat, then you have to wait 30 minutes or more for them to cool down to use again. Although a much more expensive option, I opted to get the Milwaukee cordless 2 gal air compressor and a 12 Ah battery. 6 bills for the set, but it’s an excellent portable air compressor to do work around the house. The last thing anyone wants in a portable battery-operated inflator is to be tied to a large bulky outboard battery charger that typically runs on AC mains power only. They are also some of the most expensive solutions out there. If you're a contractor on the job site already, then it might make sense, but otherwise it's a silly solution for most home users. The Makita I looked into was the same price as this unit but without any battery/charger and no faster (tested on ProjectFarm channel). The kit was nearly double that @ $170. Absolutely redic and more for the religious Ford-vs-Chevy type than people who just want a good inflator :)
This thing looks great. For those people concerned about the digital gauges being off by a lb or 2. This is often because in these little units get red hot and by the time they’re half way through a tire and the air expands cause it’s red hot.
I use the 12v cigarette port and the harbor freight inflator. Works like a charm. Everyone should also learn how to plug their tires too since cars don't come with spares anymore.
9 minutes for a tire is very long. I have a cordless Avid Power Tire Inflator that only takes a couple of minutes (from empty) so it usually takes about 30 seconds to get about 6-8psi and has a removable, rechargeable battery. Sure, it's not as compact as this one, but it will still comfortably fit in the car's glove compartment. It also costs half the price of this one. I could see the use for this if you need something very compact, like to store inside a motorcycle or a bag as you go for a bicycle ride, but for a car, this is way too slow and that battery capacity is quite small as well.
I have a 12v compressor designed for motorcycles that is safe to use in the rain and comes with a power lead you can leave connected to the battery that have used many, many times after fixing punctures. Much more reliable and about the same overall size as the unit in the video. On a bicycle I just carry small bicycle pump that weighs next to nothing and runs on dude power. Overall I see the pump in the video as a hipster toy.
9 mins is long compared to an Avid power tool or air compressor, But I think this company is aiming at the average DIYer or common person who just wants to have a backup in there glove box or back pack for emergency situations.
Air around here is free at most gas stations, or 75 cents for the ones that charge, and only takes a few seconds to fill my tires. I keep a 12 volt inflator in the trunk that works well and was dirt cheap. I can't imagine any scenario where I would need this tool.
But out here in Cali we only have Costco and maybe Sam’s club everywhere else they charge you. I used to have a huge compressor before I moved here but I sold it. And this will be handy on road trips I always pack tire patches with me just incase. So definitely handy to have.
I have a Ryobi inflator. The tool only was $35. It is rated for 165 lb and when I used it to temporarily pump up an airplane strut it made it to 180 lb. Not nearly as compact as that unit but very fast and efficient.
@@SilverCymbal actually it's TTI, they own Milwaukee, Ryobi, Ridged, Dirt Devil and some others. I own both the Ryobi and Milwaukee inflators, and hands down the Milwaukee is the better choice...
@@jascospeed you get what you pay for - Milwaukee is made for standard professional duty jobs where Ryobi is prosumer and does not use the top end components that Milwaukee does - that being said Ryobi really upped their game on most of their cordless tools. I think I see more green and black on job sites than I do anything else for the past year or so. I picked up a quiet strike impact driver last night marked down from $99 to $40 on clearance and I absolutely love it. It drives just as well as my dewalt impact but is stupid quiet in comparison. I think I see more green and black in my tools now than I ever thought I would that's for sure.
My local petrol station never charged for air. Until new management. Very tanned management. Now it's chargeable. I use different place. For principles.
It wasn't tested on my ego and that needs to be inflated. Good review and I seen many of these types of devices and I do wonder as most of them over inflated because as you released a bit of air escaped sort of compensate for the air pressure released when I tested with a different pressure reader it was set to the pressure I set.
I have one and have used it only once but it worked very well and was much quicker than anticipated. All four tires were low 6-8 psi... did all four in under 10min and had one bar of charge left. So far so good... time will tell.
I bought the newer version for my husband and he loves it. The newer version seems to be more accurate and I read somewhere that they complain about losing air when unscrewing the hose from the tire and I have yet to notice that. Anyway.. he also asked me to get one for myself because it is handy for someone like me who hardly know anything about cars. We are also getting another one for his cousin. lol
I'd seen emails about this recently, and was curious...so it's nice seeing the video pop up. I didn't catch any mention of how loud it is, though...some of them can be a ridiculous level.
Looks like you got only 2 fills on one charge. I bet they advertise as 4 because the tires were either off the car or the car was jacked up. I would be curious to see if you got 4 filled on a tire off the car. Also, I’d be curious if you jacked the car up slightly how long it would fill vs not jacked up.
Air pressure is air pressure. So, it should make no difference in how long it takes to inflate a tire to the desired pressure. The only difference between the car being jacked up off the ground and sitting on the ground is the shape of the tire at the ground - it will be flat along the contact patch. That's it.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR TALKING ABOUT CHARGING TIME - 4 HOURS. I BOUGHT ANOTHER BRAND, AND THE INSTUCTIONS DON'T EVEN MENTION CHARGING. I'VE SCRWED AROUND WITH IT FOR 2 DAYS. I NEED THE INFLATOR TO WORK WITHOUT GOING TO POWER FROM A CIGARETTE LIGHT SOCKET. MINE IS BROKE FROM MY WIFE'S SMOKING. THANKS AGAIN.
Thank you for this review - I almost pulled the trigger when I could have gotten one of these for $59 on sale but didn't know if it was going to be robust enough for my use. I have 4 bikes one of which is a fat tire that is a monster to fill by hand. At home I have a compressor but on the road all I carry is a co2 inflator - fun fact - it takes 8 to 10 - 12 grain co2 cartridges to fill one of these tires all the way so the one or two I carry is only enough to get me somewhere with an air pump. This little bad boy, while a bit more expensive than the $59 I could have spent looks to be right on the money for me. My tires are always needing air on one bike or another and this would be a great little tool to add to the pile.
You think you have problems. I tried CO2 cartridges with my motorcycle, thought ten would be enough and ended up having to look for a station on a half inflated tire. This power inflator here seems to be the answer to my prayers.
I keep a Ryobi impact driver with a lug nut socket and the Ryobi tire inflator/deflator in my trunk at all times. I check the 4 Amp hour battery every other week to make sure it's charged. After blowing out two tires in my previous vehicle and having those both items on hand, I was able to pull over, swap in my spare tire, inflate, and be back on the road in under 15 minutes. Everyone should keep some variation of one of these in their vehicle at all times. This one looks sold out right now, but I'd definitely consider picking it up as a gift for others when it comes back in stock. Thanks for sharing!
How you like the rayobi?. I have a few rayobi told and I'm looking for an inflator to take on my sxs while trail riding. I checked on Amazon and this one is unavailable
@@shmohsin-lasvegasIf it’s kept out of direct sun, somewhere like the trunk doesn’t get so hot it affects the lithium battery. Anecdotally, I’ve been doing it for nearly 10 years without any problems, meaning the batteries seem unaffected, although I only charge them between 50-75%, and rotate them regularly. Seems complicated, but really means I just hit the gauge button every two weeks and every couple months when I check them, I rotate them with another battery.
Thanks for the reply. After I asked this, I bought a fire retarding Lithium Battery protection bag on Amazon. I live in Vegas so it gets very hot in summer. :)
We have the ryobi cordless inflator and carry it in the vehicle if one of the tires gets iffy. The only issue with ours and all inflator types is temperature. It gets really cold in MN, and in subzero weather, it causes iffy tires to trigger the check tire pressure light to come on, and guess what, those inflators will not work under certain temperatures, unless we brought it inside the warm home instead of leaving it with the cold vehicle overnight forgotten. It is the reason why gas stations close down the air stations for the winter. But you can get free air at places such as tire retailers (Discount Tire, etc) where they will fill it for you.
If you can make it to a Lowe's they typically have a free air compressor near the Pro checkout area, outdoors near the store. Same as the $0.75/use machines you find at gas stations, only free to use.
Seen plenty of these cordless inflators about, the problem is they are drastically slow, I use a 12v plug in inflator and it gets my tyres from flat done in around 3 minutes, it also has auto shut off, led screen and light with various modes, I guess you'd only really need a completely cordless inflator if you do have bicycles and or want to pump up toys or balls which is more so the market for this product in my opinion.
I’ve been using the VTOMAN X1, which essentially does this as well as being a car jump starter. It’s only slightly larger and has essentially the same inflation features, plus of course being able to jump start almost any car.
I bought a maxi trac air compressor from Napa for off-roading. Around the same price, has to plug onto car battery, and is less portable but it will fill large off-road tires in less than 1 minute.
True and I know that models and its nice. But its 12x the weight and 17x the size. If you can fit it great but I couldn't even carry that in my Tacoma without putting it in the bed.
I appreciate that. I did that floor with epoxy coat floors 14 years ago, sadly some got chipped by equipment hitting the floor, but it was a great investment and has never peeled from tires.
I have a $15 analog tire inflator from a chain store that works very well plugged into the cigar socket, a bit noisy but it does the job. You can get to a safer place to change the wheel or insert a plug, but even get home if you are not too far away.
It’s very useful for my Segway ninebot scooter, since I get a accurate psi etc the scooter runs a bit better because I could never get the right amount of air till I got this product and I love it
Thanks much. And it's not always a flat tire, more often than not, just lower than it should be in my case. I am sold! You could recharge in the car once driving again too.
OMG Yet again with an amazing recommendation. I have bought a bunch of "Cheap" inflators over the years only to have them die time & time again. Time to level up to one that I can use for our cars, Kids Bikes, Toys & will hopefully last a long time. Ordered one up! Thanks again & Much ❤️
I had one of those for a long time, I think the problem with the older ones is that the gaskets inside freeze up if they sit too long but if you have a good one thats great.
Hey SC, I love your videos. Lately however, the volume is about half of other properly limited videos. I don't know what you know about audio but you should throw a limiter on the master bus and bump up the volume to normal levels. Thanks man, have a great one.
I didn't find it that low vs other videos but it definitely is lower. A limiter is unnecessary if the problem is too low of a volume, and these videos don't have crazy dynamics to tame but yeah it can help keeps things from going too high when volume jumps a lot. All he has to do is visually check/raise the wav form from start to finish. I get what you mean though, volume mgmt is a serious problem among many RUclipsrs. So many YTers are all over the place, but this wasn't that bad to me, just a tad low across the board
Why do they always have such funky names??? I use a FUMPA for my bikes that comes with a presta insert. You can switch it out to a schrader valve, but the X8 APEX seems much more user friendly, and it also appears to handle high volume tires much better. I think the FUMPA is more geared towards low volume, high pressure tires and struggles when I use it on a mountain bike tire or cyclocross bike tire that is only filled to 20 or 30 PSI. I might be making a last minute add to my Christmas LIst!
I agree, I was saying I should start a company to help places overseas name these things. Call it WolfTek, not Woogoo or something that sounds cool at least!
that cordless inflator looks like it came out of the same factory as the storm2 liquid power bank. the top of the unit looks like the top of the power bank with the ports. the bag looks just like the bag that comes with the storm2 powerbank. both are that dark grey and yellow color scheme.
In most states gas stations cannot charge you for the air. And those where they can you can just ask the person at the front…they’ll usually start up the compressor for free. I haven’t paid for air in decades.
Only problem with this review is that you trust the pressure gauge in the machine and don’t compare it to an external separate tire pressure gauge. Who knows how accurate it is
I’d like a lightweight no battery corded 12v version for motorcycles (that already have a battery and would only need a short cord to reach each tire) Plus, it’d last for many more years that way.. no internal battery that *will* eventually refuse to take a charge, or be dead when needed most.
I hate pumps that require you to screw it onto the stem. It’s very difficult on some tires based on how the hubcap is placed, and you lose air unscrewing it.
They sell valve extension caps for such purposes. It adds like 3/4 " to the stem, and - well, looks like a valve stem and functions like it as well. Worth the approximate $7 for a set. Should also add that the screw-on hoses tend to seal better and fill faster than any other type. I've tried many types to fill tires, and the screw-on type hoses work far better.
Much appreciated! I never understand how that happens, you buy the drink, drink 1/3 of it and then leave it. There's a trash can right next to the thing too!
Ordered one on your recommendation. Which others have you tried, I know there are so many out there. AstroAI, Airmoto, Oak & Iron, etc seem like some decent ones. Only thing that would make the Fanttik better would be a 12v backup option just in case. Is the Fanttik still the one you prefer since the review?
Not bad for the size, I'm guessing it's 4 tire capacity is based on something small like a prius or corolla. I have a dewalt 20v inflator. Since I have a bunch of batteries already, it seemed like the way to go. I keep it in the trunk of my Tesla since it doesn't come with a spare. With a 4Ah battery, I have topped off all 4 car tires, 4 F-150 tires, and my trailer tires with 1 battery bar left. Enough to probably do 2 more tires. I like that it has a cigarette plug as well in case my battery dies. It's not as compact as this, but very useful, I don't even fire up my 20 gallon air compressor any more.
$119 on Amazon. Not a dealbreaker if it's built and works better than junky $20 units, but for that price I'd want to hang onto it a long time, which means the batteries themselves need to be serviceable, not sealed in the case, especially since they're probably 18650s anyway.
I watched this video and this would be ideal for my 2019 Miata that comes with no spare tire. I should have followed your advice regarding cheaper Chinese knockoffs. I ordered the Vastar from Amazon. Didn't want to spend the $119 for an item I may never use. Figured the Vastar would function good enough from a one time use. WRONG ! First unit received displayed a code E02 after 1 second of no use under no load. Returned for exchange. Second unit same thing. E02 after 1 second of operation. Contacted seller and they advised to reset the unit which I did mulktiple times. It appeared to work OK under no load and pump air. I hooked it up to a bike tire. The display read the tire pressure fairly accurate. Set a pressure to inflate the tire to and it worked for about 20 seconds and indicated it was at selected pressure. Nope ! It wasn't close and the pressure displayed would subsequently fluctuate. Returned to Amazon for a refund and purchased the Fanttik X8 with the discount and promo codes. Hope this product works better than the Vastar units.
seems like a good idea for a bicycle or a motorcycle but in a car it doesnt make much sense over a 12v pump. i keep one in my car, it has auto stop and everything but its much quicker because it draws off the car battery (or you can run the car at idle if youre ok burning the extra fuel) i filled all 4 of my tires just last week, took me about 15 minutes one by one to go from about 20 to 35 psi
The main problem with inflators is that they are pretty much guaranteed to be flat when you need them, '300 days' or not. My foot pump cost a fraction of the price, inflates my tyre in 5-10 mins and NEVER runs out of charge.
Thats cool, but that also is 2x the price and about 5 x the size and requires a separate charger. For a super compact, I haven't seen one beat this model yet.
Apprently when the video went live earlier today they sold out, I wrote them and they said there will be more in stock in two days and the discount codes will still be working. I am not affiliated with them any more than getting the demo unit so I don't know what they have for stock, etc.
Thank you, its a Brompton and insanely expensive $1,600 I got it as a going away gift after saving a company almost a million dollars on a contract in my final weeks there. But if others have interest I could certainly show more about it, but its not for the faint of heart with their credit card!
The last three cars I have owned, model years 2003 (Honda), 2010 (Volvo) and 2016 (BMW), have all come from the factory with a small compressor that runs off the cigarette lighter socket...
Thank you for putting your faith in my review, I think you will really like this one as I did. Yes you get the inflator, case, presta adapet, air hose and usb-a to usb-c charging cables in the box
My sentiments exactly. I'm not a fan of trying to keep track of charge states for a ton a little devices, so knowing my personality, it would be dead when I needed it. Plus there's no need to create extra e-waste. We all know that Li-ion batteries have a limited lifespan, which will render it useless at some point since you can't use USB power directly. On top of that, I'm doubtful that even half of these things will be properly recycled

I was just thinking the same. 9 minutes is not fast at all. that is long.
I have similar.
Long indeed.
Bicycling
You have a limited imagination obviously
But out here in Cali we only have Costco and maybe Sam’s club everywhere else they charge you. I used to have a huge compressor before I moved here but I sold it. And this will be handy on road trips I always pack tire patches with me just incase. So definitely handy to have.
Motorcycle for sure. Could've used this today
I have a Ryobi inflator. The tool only was $35. It is rated for 165 lb and when I used it to temporarily pump up an airplane strut it made it to 180 lb. Not nearly as compact as that unit but very fast and efficient.
Ryobi makes some really great stuff at great prices, keep in mind they own Milwaukee too!
@@SilverCymbal wow, I didn't know that. I prefer Milwaukee, but once in the system it's hard to break out.
Is it safe to keep such a thing with Lithium battery in car in summer?
Never seen that.
I got a foot pump for £6.50, it does what it says on the tin. Never needs batteries.❤️😊
Good luck foot pumping a car tire haha
Try the foot pump when you are 70.
Can you replace the rechargeable batteries in it or is it trash after three years?
I am so happy I bought this inflator. A great investment ! The Milwaukee M18 is very good too but its a lot more money.
I’ve been using the VTOMAN X1, which essentially does this as well as being a car jump starter. It’s only slightly larger and has essentially the same inflation features, plus of course being able to jump start almost any car.
The Servo (gas station) doesn't charge for air in here in Australia. You don't even need to buy fuel to use it. Just turn up, use it and go.
Really good video. Freezing temps here, I need to fill my tires.
Perfect idea! Nice finished garage floor 2.
I appreciate that. I did that floor with epoxy coat floors 14 years ago, sadly some got chipped by equipment hitting the floor, but it was a great investment and has never peeled from tires.
I use a track pump, never needs recharging, takes like 1 min per tire, includes free exercise
And yet another thing gets added to my Amazon wishlist because of this channel
I have a $15 analog tire inflator from a chain store that works very well plugged into the cigar socket, a bit noisy but it does the job. You can get to a safer place to change the wheel or insert a plug, but even get home if you are not too far away.
It’s very useful for my Segway ninebot scooter, since I get a accurate psi etc the scooter runs a bit better because I could never get the right amount of air till I got this product and I love it
Thanks much. And it's not always a flat tire, more often than not, just lower than it should be in my case. I am sold! You could recharge in the car once driving again too.
Yes 100%. Normally a totally flat tire as shown is rare but you can do 2 for sure if needed. Topping off is a piece of cake.
Using your Flir temperature gun, it would be interesting to see how hot the pump gets, especially after 9 minutes.
I wish I had done that but when I checked it by hand and after 20 minutes it barely felt warm. Old versions of these were super hot after use.
This. Waiting to see something similar on YT before pulling the trigger, although Amazon shows as Unavailable, so guess it doesn't matter for now.
Topgun #1
The glaring flaw is but being able to run it from a cigarette lighter jack.
Quick tip. Most truck stops have free air in back for the semi trucks while up front you have to pay.
I’ve got an X8. It works well.
OMG Yet again with an amazing recommendation. I have bought a bunch of "Cheap" inflators over the years only to have them die time & time again. Time to level up to one that I can use for our cars, Kids Bikes, Toys & will hopefully last a long time. Ordered one up! Thanks again & Much ❤️
Great review. Btw you can change the presets with the up and down arrows to make it exactly what you want so next time it’s already set.
I like it. I burned up 3 portable inflaters because I let them run over 15 min, so I swore off them. I'll give this a shot
Did u ever give it a shot?
@@Kneekneee lol not yet. Have had a lot going on
Can you please test it on a trailer tire. Hopefully you can borrow one. That will go to at least 100psi
Well here it is Jan 9 and I just bought one and also got the discount, Thanks!
I'm so glad it still works! I had no idea!
Nice idea but . I have a twin cylinder compressor about size of electric kettle.
Very fast can also do a inflatable SUP quick.
I've got a nice one that plugs into the car accessory adapter. Fast, and don't have to worry about dead batteries.
I appreciate the feedback, I think I see what you mean. Let me see if I can give it a boost for the next one, thank you for letting me know.
Just bought it! Thank you for convincing me.
I've been looking for a good tire inflator but I would rather get one that uses a 12v plug.
0:53 All bicycles in my country have the Schrader Valve, I did not even know there were any other kind on Bicycle tires..
The reason the pump goes 1 pound above what you set is there is usually a pound of pressure in the line that it compensates for.
In most states gas stations cannot charge you for the air. And those where they can you can just ask the person at the front…they’ll usually start up the compressor for free.
I haven’t paid for air in decades.
If you have Ryobi ONE+ batteries or the same type, their tire inflator is like $25 on direct tool outlet, works fast. This things cool too tho!
Only problem with this review is that you trust the pressure gauge in the machine and don’t compare it to an external separate tire pressure gauge. Who knows how accurate it is
I’d like a lightweight no battery corded 12v version for motorcycles (that already have a battery and would only need a short cord to reach each tire)
Plus, it’d last for many more years that way.. no internal battery that *will* eventually refuse to take a charge, or be dead when needed most.
This is a marvellous channel! I have learned lots of thing from sprinkler shut down, lawn maintenance to car engine detailing! Big thump up!
I really appreciate that, thank you
The feature I like about this is the set and forget feature unlike the ones you have to hold.
Me too! I really like my Makita but its too big for a glove box and I hate that you have to hold it and have your ear 1 foot from the noise.
Laughed at the drink comment. Wasn’t expecting that. Keep up the great vids and unique product reviews!
Much appreciated! I never understand how that happens, you buy the drink, drink 1/3 of it and then leave it. There's a trash can right next to the thing too!
Solid gift and review. $85 is a deal as time is money! 👍🏼
I bought one similar to it. It takes like 5 minutes just to go 4psi, it's absurd. Not worth it to say the least. Looks great but thats about it.
My walmart inflator which is plugged in the power socket cost me $9.00 been using it for like 3years now. All good
Ordered one on your recommendation.
I like how you shoehorned that you own a Tesla into this. lol
one of the best things i like about it is that it's quiet
All stations in Aus offer free air and water.
If you have a friend that has a tractor trailer to test this. Their tires are 100+ psi and would be a great test!
That would be cool, I would have loved to see if it could do that.
It would be nice to at least see it do a light truck tire like an f150. I have used inflators that just won't do the 60psi in a reasonable time
Just got mine the other day - I like it .
A gas station where I live gives free air, or if it's really bad I go to a mechanic shop to have the tire patched.
$119 on Amazon. Not a dealbreaker if it's built and works better than junky $20 units, but for that price I'd want to hang onto it a long time, which means the batteries themselves need to be serviceable, not sealed in the case, especially since they're probably 18650s anyway.
I think they purposely put extra air in ....because you lose pressure when you are unscrewing the hose
Someone else mentioned that, you must be right since they all seem to do that. I guess that makes sense
Isn’t this Vastic a Chinese thing too?
Excellent video :) :) All the right enough nice and fast!
Thank you very much!
seems like a good idea for a bicycle or a motorcycle but in a car it doesnt make much sense over a 12v pump. i keep one in my car, it has auto stop and everything but its much quicker because it draws off the car battery (or you can run the car at idle if youre ok burning the extra fuel) i filled all 4 of my tires just last week, took me about 15 minutes one by one to go from about 20 to 35 psi
The main problem with inflators is that they are pretty much guaranteed to be flat when you need them, '300 days' or not. My foot pump cost a fraction of the price, inflates my tyre in 5-10 mins and NEVER runs out of charge.
Or get one that plugs into your car. If your car won't start to provide the power a flat tire isn't going to matter anyway.
I think it overfills 1 psi because you lose some pressure when you disconnect the pump hose
I think you are correct someone else mentioned that and that totally make sense otherwise you would always be a little short.
My Milwaukee 12 v. Inflator did my two front tires 19.5 on my Truck from 50 to 75 lbs in minutes!
Thats cool, but that also is 2x the price and about 5 x the size and requires a separate charger. For a super compact, I haven't seen one beat this model yet.
Is there a rechargeable portable air reservoir that could be used with air horn, blower nozzle or other similar applications?
Thank you for your review and code. I just ordered one
Very welcome, I think you will like it a lot. Mine is in my glove box already. The size is awesome
So if this video was just made, why is it not available? Not very smart marketing 😂
Apprently when the video went live earlier today they sold out, I wrote them and they said there will be more in stock in two days and the discount codes will still be working. I am not affiliated with them any more than getting the demo unit so I don't know what they have for stock, etc.
@@SilverCymbal ohhh ok, it would have been smart on them to have made a lot of stock but they didn’t know this would happen I guess 😂
Will be great if the tip not plastic coz that's gonna be suck in winter time. Break easily
? Is that a folding bike you used?
If it is, would enjoy a review!
Thank you, its a Brompton and insanely expensive $1,600 I got it as a going away gift after saving a company almost a million dollars on a contract in my final weeks there. But if others have interest I could certainly show more about it, but its not for the faint of heart with their credit card!
Is that a compressor in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
Excellent video, so detailed! Thank you!
Putting it 1 psi over makes sense since your lose some air unscrewing it so that doesn't seem bad to me
I don't know what kind of pockets you have but I can barely fit a phone and a pack of smokes in mine.
Works well except anything above 90lbs., specifically RV tires. (110lbs)
The last three cars I have owned, model years 2003 (Honda), 2010 (Volvo) and 2016 (BMW), have all come from the factory with a small compressor that runs off the cigarette lighter socket...
Hi! I just ordered one of these units via the link provided. Does the carrying bag come with it.
Thank you for putting your faith in my review, I think you will really like this one as I did. Yes you get the inflator, case, presta adapet, air hose and usb-a to usb-c charging cables in the box
@@SilverCymbal You are welcome! Your videos are awesome, some of the best that there are out there. Keep'em coming!
If my car cigarette lighter doesn’t work, that means the car won’t start. So a flat tire isn’t my biggest problem. So Why cordless?
My sentiments exactly. I'm not a fan of trying to keep track of charge states for a ton a little devices, so knowing my personality, it would be dead when I needed it. Plus there's no need to create extra e-waste. We all know that Li-ion batteries have a limited lifespan, which will render it useless at some point since you can't use USB power directly. On top of that, I'm doubtful that even half of these things will be properly recycled
@@cmpoirot1 All of that too!
Anything with a battery require recharging every so often. If you let that battery drain out, you will be SOL.
There are other options on Amazon with pretty much the same specs and form factor for less than half the price of which I’ve ordered one
