I was marveling that 1) an original Sephia was there, 2) the Subaru XL was a BASE DL model, and 3) Shelby Rampage... my Dad bought a Rampage new in '84, so I'm a sucker for those old K and L derivatives.
It's great seeing so many vehicles from my college years. I had a great flashback when the 1990 Honda Civic wagon popped up. I owned one just like this one in the early 90s. It was a great little car. It didn't have much in the way of horsepower but it was fun to drive with the 5-speed manual. I also liked the Cadillac Cimmaron. That was a sharp-looking edition of the little Caddy.
Ur channel is amazing! It deserves all support and consideration! Keep up with that great work! Shitboxes from the 80s and 90s also need love and appreciation! Salute from Brazil.
Total overload on the vehicular greatness! Thank you for sharing! By the way, a turbo Subaru XT (with digital dash) in good condition, 67,000 miles, sold on cars & bids for $17,500. Such a sculpture of a car, inside & out.
Just about every car with pop-up headlights. Every car person, who grew up during the 70ies and 80ies and has seen Roger Moore in his Lotus Esprit or Don Johnson in his hideous white Testarossa, is a sucker for pop-up headlights. So for me, it's Corvette C3 and C4, Pontiac Fiero, Ferrari 308, Mondial (or any Ferrari save for the Testarossa), but also Fiat X1/9, Triumph TR7, Matra Murena, ... you name it. The Subaru XT was as rad as it gets. Make pop-up headlights great again!
Cool cars and cool event :) Good to see that very nice looking Mazda 323, indeed rare sight these days. I test drove couple of those BF-generation 323's back in 1999, but ended up buying the newer BG -generation, a 1990 323 Sedan (Protege in US).
Thank you for making this video. I love the underdogs of the 80s and 90s. I also had a 323 like 4:55 but in Europe we lack any car meets for cars from 90s which is a shame. Most car meets are either meets for youngtimers pre 1990 or carsncoffee for your sport cars. And this is what I love about Radwood, the beaters finally have their moment and can be enjoyed and simply be fun.
What a cool show - has to be LA; but apparently (?) they have them in multiple cities, I'llhave to check next year's schedule in the Spring, I'd love to go to this.
damn.... i suppose i should feel lucky about the fact that it's still very much possible to get some of the "rare" cars showcased in this video over here in colombia. anyways, great video man!!!!!!
Hey, thank you for this wonderful video. I should like it since I have been honored at 15.12 minute mark! I do love my Cimarron. I never got a text from you about doing that drive video in my Cimarron and Seville. Let me know if you want to do them.
Thanks so much for talking with me and showing me your awesome Cimarron! And thanks for the offer to review your cars. It's likely going to get a bit busy around the holidays but I will let you know. Thanks again!!
Great video as always! My holy grail car is a 1989-early 90’s dodge spirit Shelby. I had a 93 dodge spirit with the typical 4 cylinder but the Shelby edition had a manual and a turbo. You don’t see them anywhere though
The VW T3 (Vanagon) is actually pretty safe compared to similar vehicles of the time but only when colliding with lower height vehicles. It has a special crash structure behind the bumper that is intended to absorb a lot of the force in case of an impact.
My Mom owned an auto version of the Acura CL, a really sweet ride except for two items, biggest turning radius of anything short of an old caddy fleetwood and crappy gas mileage but great for relaxed cruising.....
How did you ignore that super RAD S1 Scirocco next to the 323 and then you proceed to talk about how rare the Corrado's are..bruh! All in all the cars there were fantastic..and this is coming from one of their east coast DJ's they use for the shows
Car enthusiasts that don’t care about horsepower are the nicest people
Yes!!! The fanboys of trying to be the fastest on the road r the most frustrating things lol
oh my god I wish this video would never end! never heard of Radwood before, now I gotta go there!
They have Radwood's all over! Obviously not in every city, but Radwood isn't a single event tied to a single location.
That Kia Sephia is what makes Radwood awesome! Loving the all the featured cars!
I was marveling that 1) an original Sephia was there, 2) the Subaru XL was a BASE DL model, and 3) Shelby Rampage... my Dad bought a Rampage new in '84, so I'm a sucker for those old K and L derivatives.
Love it. Especially Jake's Motocompacto!!! Great seeing you at the show as always!
Absolutely! So great to see you as well!!
Never stop doing what you do bro! Love your stuff

Love your retro content!

Dude, YOU are Radwood!! This was extremely fun. Wish I was there. You did a great job capturing the atmosphere & passing it along to us ✌️🤘
Some of my favourite Hello Road videos are of your coverage of RADwood!
Yay! Glad you like them!!! 😀😀
yeah they’re great ~ just wish they were longer !@@HelloRoad
Excellent content and production values as always 💯🔥 Rampage & Cimarron win for me, but Honorable Mention for Hardbody & XT too ❤
Total overload on the vehicular greatness! Thank you for sharing!

That’s insane?!
Soooo many great cars, yours had to be a standout!
17:52 made it into the montage at the last second 🙏🏼
Thanks for showcasing something interesting with everyday people.
What are some of your favorites from this era?
Also oops I spelled Cimarron wrong! :)
My vote goes for the Cimarron! 😉

Make pop-up headlights great again!
90's cars ❤❤❤👍👍👍👍
I'd love to own that Civic wagon
@@holdencaufield7485all I can say is YES
excellent video, great to see all these fantastic cars
Thanks for the interview! Great to see you again!
17:36
You don’t see many of those this side of the pond !!! Wow.
Great video. You captured the spirit of it very nicely.
Every car spotlighted here is goals, but that Civic Wagon is something I want to replicate for myself.

Bring back alot of memories 😊
RAD! Great video of a great show.
Great video. I really enjoy this kind of content. Keep it coming.
What a great stroll down memory lane. Some amazing rides here!
Amazing video!
You are so kind!!!
My parents had such a 1987 Mazda 323 in metallic blue as our first modern family car after Germany was united in 1990. Good times and very exciting!
These Radwood videos are great! I need to go to one of these shows as it looks like a lot of fun.
I'm on the east coast, have been to radwood Philly a few times, great events, great cars.
These are my favorite videos
Awesome show! Would much rather look at these cars than a bunch of exotic super cars!
Love the radwood videos!
Your sweet sunglasses collection was one of the reasons I got contacts this year
The Subaru XT IS very nice.
Love the video good work 👍
Subaru XT is my love. 🥰
Same!!!
This was a fun watch just for the viiiiibes
Very well done video
I love how your non-Rad clothing was a very rad NUMMI shirt. 😂
Hahaha!
Ethan, The NUMMI T shirt should be worn with pride. If the 4:52 Mazda 323 is rare, how rare is its Mercury Tracer clone? 🤔
Hell yeah I was on the freeway with you on the way home! In the pink and green e30
Oh yeah man! Love your car!! :) :)
My neighbor used to auto cross corridors and 16v schriccos!! He sold me a 86 GTI with a 16v swapped in! It was a rocket! Very fun auto cross car!
awesome video!
What a cool show - has to be LA; but apparently (?) they have them in multiple cities, I'llhave to check next year's schedule in the Spring, I'd love to go to this.
Hey it was awesome to see the Kia sephia! I daily a 1998 Kia Sephia LS! I use it every day and it only has 105k miles ❤️
Nice old cars see any probes and by the way you still have your purple probe ? Great stuff really enjoy your channel
I didn’t see any Probes this time around. Yes I still have my purple ‘97 Probe GT, I hope to bring it to the next Radwood!
Tim & Celia Subaru XT DL 😍
damn.... i suppose i should feel lucky about the fact that it's still very much possible to get some of the "rare" cars showcased in this video over here in colombia.
anyways, great video man!!!!!!
They're very possible here they're still cheap
This makes me miss my 87 Accord Hatchback. It would have fit right in.
these are my people

Now I wish I hadn't sold my MR2. It was fun to drive.
that Subie coupe even in its time was as rare as hen's tooth.
at least up here in Vancouver BC
The two black bumper 1985 MR2s in the background at 4:49 !
Only one response fits.... RAD !
I wish I had seen you out there, I was there all day since I brought my 84 Honda Nighthawk to the show, I'd have loved to talk to you!
Oh man yeah would've been great to check it out!!!
I want that Buick Regal GS.
For me it’s probably between the Kia Saphia and the early S10 Oldsmobile Bravada
I wish Subaru had more success with XT and SVX than they did. Im really happy that guy still has his prelude
He wanted a ridiculous amount of money for it like many personal luxury coupes they flop for that reason
My Mom owned an auto version of the Acura CL, a really sweet ride except for two items, biggest turning radius of anything short of an old caddy fleetwood and crappy gas mileage but great for relaxed cruising.....
A couple of these cars definitely seem familiar from previous Hello Road Radwood videos...
I have a bone stock dakota rt id love to bring out one day. Have the window sticker too.
This looks so fun, Please tell me there was a brown mercury topaz there,or a 84 Bronco 11
Haha no Topaz or Tempos this time! But yes there was a sweet Bronco II!
Old hardbodys deserve the same love old tacomas get
NiC3
So many of the cars have brand new plates on them. They must be from out of state.
I want to swap eagle talon /laser/ gsx awd and 4g63 turbo into a rampage . Its a dream of mine.
How did you ignore that super RAD S1 Scirocco next to the 323 and then you proceed to talk about how rare the Corrado's are..bruh! All in all the cars there were fantastic..and this is coming from one of their east coast DJ's they use for the shows
Haha I actually filmed a bit with that Scirocco but it was right by a PA speaker… music was way too loud to use it!!! 🤣
Lots of Trackers and Samaris but no X90
Hey man I’m back after a bit I wanted to ask if I can email you because I wanted to give you my 1988 Chevy nova
No love for a Merkur 😢
I filmed a segment with it but the PA speaker was right by the car, music was way too loud to use the footage
Should have left those pants at home. Actually should have left them at the thrift store.
Nah they’re rad
It's about time
Aww too bad I couldn't make it this year with Ollie Nissan (Sentra) @EthanTufts
