This has to be one of the most underrated dramas! Still a fave after all these years. Chemistry among 3 leads is outstanding!!! Love the MV!
A kdrama based on historical story is not easy to be played specially when it is a sad one..But the 3 lead actors have performed it with outstanding and incredible talents that they deserve our admiration and congratulations.They have been amazing,superb and gorgeous and the trio chemistry is fabulous and wonderful.This kdrama is a memorable one among the best kdramas .

I’m just tired that period dramas always leave me with a very sad ending :( Scarlett Heart was still worse than this one but yet, I was rooting for a happy ending for a change but NO 💔 ugh, why am I like this. It's definitely not a fairytale good ending, but it's also not a complete tragedy like in Scarlet Heart
I still cried bucket of tears, but the ending kind of left me with a warm feeling
this drama has all the best korean actors and actress here (not only the main leads, the supporting cast is amazing!!), especially they're at their best state. Just like Park Min Young, she really surprised and convinced me with her acting here. It is really a great gem but sadly many people missed it because its lack of popularity. I really hope more and more people can try watching it and enjoy every single moment of joy, happiness, sorrow, tears that this historical drama will gonna bring. Until now, I still can not find any korean historical romance drama can surpass this one in terms of context building, acting or filming quality.
This is one of the best drama of Park Min Young, Yeon Woo Jin and Lee Dong Gun so far. Their actings are superb!

I have been watching kdramas since 2019. 2023 is about to end now. And i never saw anyone talking about this drama. Its so unfair. I was skeptical about watching it because i had no idea what this drama is about. But i gave it a try because i like deep storylines and melo genre. Now i regret not watching it earlier. Its a masterpiece thats not talked about enough 😭❤️
Lee Dong Gun is insanely amazing here❤the best villain and still so pitiful I couldn't see the main lead because the king's story was so intense and catching ❤

I started watch this drama 3 days ago because the clips of young prince and chae kyung. Now i really fallin in love with the adult couple too.. i will finish it.. even i know it will be sad ending.. i love this so much.. as i love Mr. QUEEN, Dae Jang Geum and Princess' Man.
I watched this great epic. It made me feel like watching The great Indian Religious epic RAMAYANA. Lord Rama n Sita though born in royal families, had to suffer the wrath of fate in ways quite similar to this drama. OMG. For me it is reincarnation of Lord Ram n Sita . @@lidynanni English is not my first language, so my answer would be limited and couldnt give u a proper one. This drama is based on King Jungjong of Joseon and his first wife, who become Queen upon his ascend to the throne. Since his wife's father is againts his enthronement (the father also is the brother of former Queen, the wife of Yeonsangun) and killed for treason, the politican who support Jungjong afraid that new Queen will use her power to take revenge of his family killing. That's why they pushed Jungjong to deposed her and since then they lived separately.
Jungjong had new Queen, but after this Queen die, he wanted to make his first wife become the Queen again, but she refused it, afraid to repeat history where the King's princes will kill each other for the throne (since Jungjong already hv sons from his other Queen and new concubines).
For better explaination u can try check wikipedia, altho not much explained there, but history does noted that Jungjong really loved his first wife. Cmiiw...

I saw your raazi video n decided to check your channel n saw thisㅠㅠㅠ this brings back all of my sadness while watching this dramaㅠㅠ i cried so so so much while watching queen for 7 days. Ommgg thank you for this, I remember watching this drama for the 1st time and I could never watch it again cause i would be crying half the time.
All they every wanted was to be together forever and all the King ever wanted was for someone to love him and not treat him like a tool and the way this drama ended was so heart wrenching but yet complete.

I watched hurried scenes of this very beautiful, poignant drama. It is poetic and I do get the essence and fell in love with the main characters. But I cannot take the pain!
