    Gua Sha, one of the traditional Chinese natural therapies, based on the skin theory of traditional Chinese medicine, where instruments are used to scrape the relevant parts of the skin in order to unblock the meridians and invigorate the blood and remove blood stasis.
    Taken together, the term gua sha means the act of rubbing the skin to remove an energy blockage. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, by bringing heat to the skin surface, gua sha, releases the blocked energy and heat. One of the original forms of physical therapy, gua sha is widely used to treat joint and muscle pain.

    Hi! Love your videos!
    I noticed that you started the Guasha by going up the side of the neck, but I thought you are suppose to drain away from face. I always get this part so confused that I usually just avoid it altogether. Lol!
    Please advise.

    Can we do Facial treatments like pimple extractions, diamond peel ,pdt mask after Gua Sha massage?

      Sure. But when using a Gua Sha don't go over active acne lesions. It's possible to break them and spread the bacteria. :)
