I’ve got an issue with mine. First off it has an oem replacement top end and cam. I believe a aftermarket carb. That’s how I got it. Runs great when I can get it to run. Sometimes it falls on its face at idle when it’s cold. And warm if it stalls I have a hard time to get it to restart. Sometimes it seems like a misfire. Only at idle. Runs great riding it. I have adjusted the idle but doesn’t help. And the throttle Safty switch seems good It’s a 2000 sportsman 500. Any idea? Thank you
Anyway you could do indepth carb disassemble, clean and reassemble?
