I'm new to quilting and enjoy seeing the attention to detail and hearing how you think through your patterns. I would love to see a video of you showing more cutting as I'm new and I think it would be helpful.
I am so glad you tried this pattern. I am using this one with some directional Disney Stitch fabric and I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. It was great to see how you worked around the directional print.
I love the colors in this quilt. Tula has nice designs. This pattern is done so nicely by you paying attention to design direction etc. Your choice of fabric placements is pleasing to the eye. Thank you for such an enjoyable video.
Gorgeous quilt! I'm in the middle of making Delight right now. Made a BIG mistake though ....I accidentally cut the squares 6x7...yikes!! I ended up modifying to 6x6 and figured out the math for the rest of the cutting (math is not my friend and that's why I love Fabric Cafe's books)
Kudos! Your decision to change fabric positions was brilliant & makes perfect sense. We all know fabrics may not be printed straight, right? The quilt is really pretty.
Really like your videos but wondered if you could tone down the music at the beginning? So loud, jarring. The rest of your work is so polished. Just gets off to unsettling start. Note I wouldn’t write if your vid’s weren’t important to me.
Another stunning quilt! I, too, have become obsessed with 3-yard quilts. I’m making this one in the Flower Power fabric for my granddaughter. The Roman Holiday quilt you made in pink and black with Kaffe’s peony fabric was so beautiful I had to make it myself in the same fabrics. Love your style!

Ok, I have seen this fabric and drooled over it for some time. Being a big fan myself of 3 yard quilts (I mean who doesn’t love something you can piece in a day), I really enjoy you doing them in more modern fabrics. I have also fussy cut some of these 3 yard quilts and it is amazing what a difference it can make. I don’t have this book yet but you might have convinced me to buy it. Fabric Cafe should pay you, your videos are so much fun to watch!

Too bad you lost so much of the beauty of the owl fabric. Turned out nice but think it would have been more striking with owls in #1 position. The other fabrics complimented it very well.

I thought you were going to pull out to stipology ruler lol. I've been eye balling that ruler for a bit. I'll probably get it eventually. Seams like a good investment if you cut a lot of small strips like you had to.
