Hi there! Erik Russell from tiny Woodburn Indiana here... REALLY enjoyed this episode and the red thread analogy; thanks! Enjoy your journey through life, may God richly bless you, and LIVE LIFE LOUD!
I will paraphrase one of the things discussed in this talk. Find the thing that YOU can do and the YOU enjoy doing, then find someone to pay YOU to do it. My director handled me a box (with vendor product samples) and told me to do the "Josh" thing. I was told to do the "thing" that I naturally do.
Thank you and like Julian's comment below, it truly inspired me!
Be nourished while moving through life
Love the podcast but as I was listening to this episode like others...THIS WAS FIRE!! Got to the office and had to turn on the channel and watch from the beginning. Keep doing what you do! Julian in Texas.
I don't think that everything you love can be turned into work. Because there are many things in life I love because I do them just for myself and not for anyone else. For example: I absolutely love to cook, but I would never be a chef. I love cooking because I choose to do it at the time I like and I cook what I fancy in that moment. As a chef, I could not do that.
Excellent, Marcus delivered the gold!
