    Great work as always. It’s really helpful for differential the etiology of Cirrhosis/ Portal Hypertension. Also helpful to remember those GI hormones. Thank you so much Dr Randy. One of the BEST USMLE channels.

    They also ask about esophageal varices and the association with left gastric vein, as well as splenic vein thrombosis and its association with the short gastric vein and how it causes gastric fundal varices.
    But great videos as usual, I religiously watch these and review them as needed!

    Great job, thank you so much, recently got NBME 19, and I got score 190, I have felt depressed despite working hard and then I gave UW 1,and I managed 232. I don't know which one is more accurate? but I am still working hard and just solving the questions daily right now.

    • @RandyNeilMD
      @RandyNeilMD  3 года назад +4

      Musawair, I have always felt the NBME was most accurate +/- 10 points...but that is just my opinion. Take your bottom 3 topics and work them...over and over until they become you TOP 3... DO it over and over until you get within striking distance of what your goal is. KEEP STUDYING HARD and MOVING FORWARD!!
