Was at this show. One of the bests concerts I’ve been to ever (and I’ve been to almost 30). What I thought was ironic when they played Eeyore there was a guy who jumped in the pit and was being a complete ass. He was being way too aggressive, holding people by the neck and pushing them down on the ground and not helping anybody up. Ironically that’s what Eeyore is about. A guy Slipknot knew back in Des Moines
Absolutely brutal performance, been ages since they ever played No Life and Scissors and they Absolutely killed it. A little sad and wondering why they're still not playing Diluted live, but can't complain, wonderful performance.
I get it’s anniversary tour, and playing the first album in full, they could’ve been on longer considering how much concert tickets are now like look at green day playing both DOOKIE and American idiot albums in full alone both of them would be enough to be a full show but they added 5-6 more songs in the set an extra 20-30 minutes wouldn’t have hurt them to play 4-5 more songs
25 fuckin' years since that album, can't believe it. I appreciate younger Slipknot fans, but sadly they'll never truly know what it was like to hear this when it was new.
In 16 years i never missed them whenever they came to the tristate area. Being born and raised in Queens and missing this show really hurt. Now im here watching it on my phone and to be honest i dont think im gonna be able to make it past eyeless. So happy this dude put the work in to record it for people who couldn't make it to see them live. I wouldn't of been able to record a single thing if I was standing where he was.
I can’t get over their energy!! Holy shit man just like old times watching these guys now cause the last few years seemed like just a scripted performance but this seems from their own enjoyment like the good old days of slipknot
The whole band is killing it. Corey just proved what I've said all along, he's one of the best front men ever to do it. Vocal wise and energy wise! Long live the knot!
Wonder why they aren't they playing Diluted from the album 🤔 Never played it live before this would be perfect time and fans would love it. Also demo track Snap would be cool
This is special. Saw them "day off fest" in Rochester NY...papa roach, Lincoln Park, disturbed...they all played Ozzfest in Toronto night before. Came to Rochester in day off before Albany NY.. never saw so much energy that they played with!!!!!
I was watching yinz from section 118 with my son remembering my younger days chuckling. Telling my 14yr old you should be down there 😂 it’s his first concert ever, needs to get the feel first. You boys where non stop crazy!!! Awesome endurance 🤘

Same here bruh! Following the Knot since 2001 when I was 14 y.o... watching them live just performing self tittle(my favorite album, with close 2nd in Iowa).. was just a dream come true!🤘🏾🔥
I can hear how good the PA system sounds. I wish other arenas would put sound treatment baffles on the ceiling like MSG does. It eliminates all of the boomy echo of a big room.
This was my first experience at a concert and this was the craziest fucking concert so glad i was there got worried since i was losing my voice and had work the next day
Whole crowd screaming 'purity' in unison got my heart racing.
i was there 🔥 me and 3 of my friends were wearing the red jumpsuits and masks, i wore an iowa corey mask and my friends wore a joey, sid and mick mask. (sic) night, can’t wait for them to come back to ny
y’all were in my section, absolutely (sic)!
Lmaoo I think I saw you and your friends at floor 1, where the merch, food and drinks where at... there was also a dude who had the outfit of Corey for self tittle, is outfit was (SIC), took a picture with the dude outside MSG 🤘🏾
Jim's hair is amazing
Mick and Jim are both never-tiring guitarists always givin it all!!! These tour is so enjoyable!
Slipknot currently have the band to take this wild decision to not play anything past 1999. What a show, what a band....
WE LOVE ELOY ❤
Man, I wish they'd make a full DVD out of these performances. I was in baltimore last week and was flooooooooorrreeed by Slipknot's energy and how great it sounded. Same with that Swedish Orbit Culture- those guys live, the sound is incredible. Knocked loose too, that stage performance, the way they did the lighting which was amazing, and the voice. Knocked loose I wasn't looking forward too at all based upon what I saw on RUclips but then live, well... Live is a different animal and the singer sounded much better there then on a recording.
You can tell the girl screaming was having the time of her life!!!
59:54 double bass for 1 min
1 minute? Mario Duplanteir is on the DB for over an hour straight every show...Elroy is mediocre compared to many drummers in mainstream bands he can barely keep up in dogknot
@@ILTSC43pfttt!! 😂
Jay erraria todo 😂😂😂😂
@@ILTSC43 Keep crying, it's not enough! 😂
@@ILTSC43 I don't know who wins on double bass, but you are definitely the best at crying. 😂
Eloy! Holy shit, his drums are going to get a restraining order against him!
Here in 2026 I really want them to do a tour like this for Iowa. Holy shit that would be amazing. Play that whole album, start to finish. Damn.
Yooo I was thinking the exact same thing today!!
2025 is 25th anniversary of Iowa right? I believe album was released on 2000🤘🏾
They did a 15 yr anniversary show September 25 2016. But yeah.. I agree. I wanna see it happen as a tour. Especially with the way Corey sounds nowadays
@@AkumaClaps was it? Maybe you’re right.
@@buriedinadream Fr bro... I'm still processing that I was at a fking slipknot concert for the first time!, they been my favorite band for 23 years now... got hooked into them when I was 14 y.o.... it just feels surreal that i was there..
I watch the clips I recorded and I just immediately start to headbang! I was screaming my lungs out! At "no life", "liberate", "spit it out", "sic", "wait and bleed", "only one", "purity", "diluted" , "eyeless", "surfacing", "tattered and torn"..... and corey singing like he was literally back on his prime form from 1999-2002!...cant wait to see them again next year... hopefully for Iowa 25th anniversary 🤘🏾🔥
Man is it just me or does the mighty KNOT look refreshed and reenergized! 🤘🏾🤘🏾
I LOVE how the crowd is singing! That's amazing, gosh.
Craig Jones estava assistindo o show da cabine técnica, se liguem nos stories da esposa do Eloy.
Onde encontrar?
Corey sounds amazing here!!!!🤘🤘🤘. As does the band! Still hard not seeing the full classic lineup, but the most active members on stage are the OGs (with exception to Eloy) and thats impressive
@ 1:00:00 Corey went back to his dark side. Intense! Followed by the very last verse when he moans in between screams then throw the mic. Fuuuck I missed this Slipknot!
Eloy is absolutely crushing these songs.
such a good quality
thanks for that
You’re welcome
nowadays iPhone really makes diff on videos. saying by own experience
It’s more than 25 yrs ago that I met their sounds, time flies crazy fast. Slipknot sounds are in my veins. Love you guys!
Eloy es un monstruoooooo como revienta esa bateria 42:23
Eloy era o que faltava na banda, agora está melhor que nunca!!!
great audio, great POV, thanks for this!
@@iancarlosg1 pleasure
The show was absolutely incredible. Lost my voice and almost my neck lmao.
Still their best album, what a time!
Man Corey sounds good. They sound just like the record
Someone was absolutely freaking out in the crowd lol
Only right way to do it
Was at this show.
This was a phenomenal show, my daughter and I loved it. Slipknot rocked NYC last night!!!!
Absolutely brutal performance, been ages since they ever played No Life and Scissors and they Absolutely killed it.
A little sad and wondering why they're still not playing Diluted live, but can't complain, wonderful performance.
Man, Mick playing a V just looks right
I get it’s anniversary tour, and playing the first album in full, they could’ve been on longer considering how much concert tickets are now like look at green day playing both DOOKIE and American idiot albums in full alone both of them would be enough to be a full show but they added 5-6 more songs in the set an extra 20-30 minutes wouldn’t have hurt them to play 4-5 more songs
Maybe next year they do the same for Iowa, is the 25th anniversary🤘🏾
Eloy is so sick. Instant upgrade
I was there! My neck is still sore from head banging!
39:40 Still to this day the best fucking breakdown they ever wrote, I wish Sid didn't pitch down that sample... gets me so fkn hype regardless
I WAS THERE! My favorite show I’ve been to
25 fuckin' years since that album, can't believe it. I appreciate younger Slipknot fans, but sadly they'll never truly know what it was like to hear this when it was new.
They could sing one half of one song……they are still the best band out there today
Today and all eternity🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
In 16 years i never missed them whenever they came to the tristate area. Being born and raised in Queens and missing this show really hurt. Now im here watching it on my phone and to be honest i dont think im gonna be able to make it past eyeless. So happy this dude put the work in to record it for people who couldn't make it to see them live. I wouldn't of been able to record a single thing if I was standing where he was.
I can’t get over their energy!! Holy shit man just like old times watching these guys now cause the last few years seemed like just a scripted performance but this seems from their own enjoyment like the good old days of slipknot
I knew this channel would come through with some awesome footage
The whole band is killing it. Corey just proved what I've said all along, he's one of the best front men ever to do it. Vocal wise and energy wise! Long live the knot!
Wonder why they aren't they playing Diluted from the album 🤔 Never played it live before this would be perfect time and fans would love it. Also demo track Snap would be cool
Snap is such an underrated song!! I was really expecting them to play Snap, since they played "get this"!!🤘🏾
@@AkumaClapsIDD, snap is so much better than alot of songs on ST like eeyeore
if you wanna know why they don't play diluted live, look up the meaning of the song for corey
I was there last night man, it was fuckn great!
@@g4d555666 incredible show
This was awesome in the pit
7:20 lil bit of crowd surfin turbulance
This is special. Saw them "day off fest" in Rochester NY...papa roach, Lincoln Park, disturbed...they all played Ozzfest in Toronto night before. Came to Rochester in day off before Albany NY.. never saw so much energy that they played with!!!!!
I was in that pit non stop, what a show
I was watching yinz from section 118 with my son remembering my younger days chuckling. Telling my 14yr old you should be down there 😂 it’s his first concert ever, needs to get the feel first.
You boys where non stop crazy!!! Awesome endurance 🤘
Slipknot is better than ever. I am blown away. I’ve been a fan for 17 years damn I’m gettin old 😂
