Well, it really depends as the answer may vary from location to location. There are times when some portions of the properties are sold to other companies and may be under different management. This may be the case here which is why you may use the amenities in one and not the other. Hope this helps!
Julio, Mystery solved. Just stayed there. The pool is located behind the Falls Bar, below Japanese steakhouse. It looks like t’s closed permanently and being used for storage.

I asked about the inside pool and they said they don’t have one. I am currently staying in it now.
