Please stop with the intro snippets, we are getting sick of it - you try to skip to where it actually begins then can't find it. This is RUclips, not American TV
It is annoying. Its like watching an advert for something you've already decided to watch. A lot of the time if its got stupid sensational music backing or cliffhangers I downvote the video, block the channel and find something else to watch.
When my dad was a salemen for arcade machines in the UK he had the pleasure of sharing a dinner eith Deborah. He said that she is a very kind and genuine down to earth woman. What you see of her on TV, the seriousness and proffesionalism still exsists but she is able to switch off and just talk to you even if your a lower or middle class person on your level.
I loved this interview so much! Deborah has always been my favourite dragon and the interviewers were great because they allowed Deborah to give full answers and also contributed insightful views of their own ❤
She's wonderful and I hope her book gets into the curriculum. I wish when I was a kid there were people like her campaigning for finance to be taught in schools. I hope the government makes the change soon.
Hello from Ontario Canada, I'm in my 50's and I too wish there were people like her, school didn't teach a thing about finance, jobs and pension, property for a place to live or investment. Myself and at least 4 friends all have stories about a chance to buy a property but knowing nothing about severing land, the future in the area etc. I turned down a family property near Canada's largest nuclear plant 25 years ago for 275k a couple purchased it, severed the land into 3 and sold all three 2 years later for 890k. We were young, knew nothing
She is such an interesting person, not afraid to tell you the hard parts, because they are usually the most valuable to learn from. She is a successful business person because she is always evolving her approach, whilst staying charming and strong. Brilliant interview, she's an inspiration ❤
with the production quality put into this you would never think this was from a channel with only 2k subscribers. amazing job guys. one thing i would say is if you could add timestamps
New sub here, that was excellent! Deborah is a good sport and has a healthy attitude to life and business. She reminded me of the story of "The fisherman and The Businessman" success is important but all is relevant to what kind of life we need or want. Her advice on financial conversation with kids and how important the value of money is, the good, the bad and the ugly.
Just sent off on ebay for 2 signed copies of Deborahs New book for my elder Grandaughters christmas presents , am sure that they will love these as one is an avid reader and another at college and hopefully some good wise words from Debbie, good video.
Well said, as a poor but not short of brains young lad I always thought at( secondary school) that they should teach young kids about banking , mortgages, how to apply and pay back a loan, how a business dies and should work... and all we ever learnt was Romans and vikings and Australian sheep farms and cavemen and women.... so sad . But they don't really want educated secondary school kids knowing all this stuff unless your privately educated.....so sad
Fair play lads, you got a great channel and Deborah obviously believes in you. Hope you go from strength to strength,I’ve been running my channel for around the same time as yours and know how hard it is to get noticed, new sub right here
Incredible setup & podcast. Very inspirational to listen to Deborah and dig underneath the "Dragon" also very helpful to hear both of your opinions. You've earned a subscription from a hopeful entrepreneur 😊
My favourite Dragon of all time, hands down. She is the definition of class and morality with a BS detector like no other. I pity anyone who manages to get on the wrong side of her!
You do not see that James was arrogant, rude and very nasty to people he made deals with, nothing like he was on camera. 78% of the deals made on tv as we watch do not happen after the show, the dragons are all paid exactly the same and it is a lot to be on the show, so many things really
She has refused a few deals down ro especially ethical things, lets just say the older Deborah is a lot more green 💚 extremely green nd she gets on my nerves a little with it, but untill recently ive always loved Deborah on dragons den, just society is shit these days 😂😂
Chris is doing too much, let her speak and answer the questions in her own words. Liked it when Dan pushed her on dragons potentially taking too much equity in the name of being a dragon investor and having connections
Bullony, they’re always vague with their beginnings. What was the lesson learned from the Italian company that bypassed her to go straight to the stores, was Deborah born into a wealthy family?? Rubbish podcasts and deceiving, no real advise nor realistic.
Great idea shocked it hasn't been done years ago or if not a book just something yanno it's really poor our school curriculum and the absolute shite Weare taught as young uns

Amen
It shows interesting parts that make me want to see these parts.

😂😂😂 “it’s not American tv”
Always skip a minute rule of thumb.. But I agree this ain't American TV
I love how she's done this interview with a very small RUclips channel. Makes her even more of a legend! Good job guys and Deb.
Thank you!
Don’t ever call her Deb to her face!
@@paulbrown6464I’d call her D
They pay

I really admire Deborah.
Yes we need Financial Literacy as a subject in schools :)

Thanks Ste! She was great wasnt she?
Very good conversation. I love Deborah Meaden and I don't care who knows!
Super professional setup guys, well done!
Thank you Kiara!😀
Anyone just got Deborah's words? Less than a minute in and we're hearing about the life of Chris
Love Deborah, seems such a modest charming lady.
My favourite Dragon of all time, hands down. She is the definition of class and morality with a BS detector like no other. I pity anyone who manages to get on the wrong side of her!
The power of having other things to care about is very interesting
Enjoyed this. Great channel. New sub. ❤
Thank you!🙌
Deborah has always my favourite dragon ❤
Debbie seems like a very cool person.
So business is just about being in the right place at the right time and luck
Yeah if youre in the wrong place at the wrong time with no luck 👎
Debbie patent meaden is my favourite dragon ❤
Uh oh….Debbie!!
Loved this one!
Love this woman ❤
Why are they both so obsessed with Steven Barclay? Does he sponsor them or the show? First time watching these guys and I was quite intrigued
No but both Chris and Dan know Steven and he was a guest many years ago (his first ever podcast). Dan was also on Diary of a CEO.
@ thanks I’ll check out the podcast
I’m scared of women and it’s all thanks to Deborah
Was it Rachel Elnaugh that went bust before Deborah was on it?
Yes
Bought out by Peter and Theo who turned it around
Deborah should of been the only focus on this. First time here, Leave the worst adverts i have ever seen , either at the start or the end.
Thanks for your feedback Brian!
Too many adverts! I have RUclips premium ffs!
Complete click bait at the start.

She never took a risk
She has refused a few deals down ro especially ethical things, lets just say the older Deborah is a lot more green 💚 extremely green nd she gets on my nerves a little with it, but untill recently ive always loved Deborah on dragons den, just society is shit these days 😂😂
2.08k how many followers? 2008? Is that correct?
Adverts within adverts, or how to ruin an interview so viewers click off 🤦♂️
toooooooooo many adverts:- turn off:
Chris is doing too much, let her speak and answer the questions in her own words. Liked it when Dan pushed her on dragons potentially taking too much equity in the name of being a dragon investor and having connections
Great guest terrible adverts.
so her first businesses were through ex boyfriends, then she joined her parents' enterprise - not exactly self made..
Think you have manipulated the stories a bit there😂😂
She has enough money to feed hungry people of the UK
Deborah needs an of
Brilliant!
Thanks Ian!👍
So basically her parents set her up…..
which is fine
@ of course though it slightly takes the gloss off for me personally. Much prefer Theo Paphitis story
Bullony, they’re always vague with their beginnings. What was the lesson learned from the Italian company that bypassed her to go straight to the stores, was Deborah born into a wealthy family?? Rubbish podcasts and deceiving, no real advise nor realistic.
Mutton as lamb
so her family was rich already lol “self made”. no wonder she has always had such a cocky attitude
Very full of herself.
Great idea shocked it hasn't been done years ago or if not a book just something yanno it's really poor our school curriculum and the absolute shite Weare taught as young uns
