I worked. SO hard on the art for this. Good grief. My videos don't usually take much longer than a week or so but altogether this took me about a solid month. Which is crazy to me! I'm happy to find my motivation improving :-3
This video in particular is pretty special! It's the first video I've gotten to make showcasing the new overall state of things for ohau. Just spooky enough in time for Halloween. hehehe! I'm really proud of how this turned out. I think it's a really neat milestone for my work on this story and the improvement of my art :-D

First off this is soo pretty, your characters and story are so fun and interesting!! Second I kinda wanna theorize/vaugely poke at what exactly is happening based on this video, and ghost of chicago.
Ok, so it seems like Beau and Mel get to know each other through the band reunion. Mel is the one who pushes to get to know Beau, both of them end up falling in love with each other. At some point Beau starts to become more and more possessive of Mel, wanting more of her love/attention/affection, eventually leading him to spiral and hurt the group as a whole in the process (particularly hurting Clover and Mel); this leads to Mel fighting back against him and them having a falling out. Beau deeply regrets what he did and tries to reconcile/redeem himself. (Based on Ghost of Chicago it seems that Enola has a negative influence over Beau and part of his arc is him overcoming her and whatever power she has over him).
Might edit this later to add whatever else I can think of
I debated on just pinning this and not elaborating at all for a second but this is just too perfect. Genuinely really great observations here :-) Thank you for enjoying my silly little creations !!

Edit: its later and I wanted to add that I think Puppy is meant to symbolize SOMETHING abt Beau. Not sure what exactly but its def something. Maybe he's an extension of Beau's emotions or some aspect of him. But either way Puppy becomes his own person/cat plush after being made by Beau. At some point during the conflict between Beau and Mel/everyone else Puppy gets slashed (Ghost of Chicago), so he is pretty important I just can't think of the exact context why.
Based on how Beau and Clover seem to have an established hatred, I've been theorizing that part of the reason Beau's possessiveness and eventual lashing out at Mel and everyone has to do with Clover getting close to everyone/everyone spending more time with Clover, I have a personal theory rn that Beau and Clover have this hatred from working with Dr Dominique and having very different feelings and experiences while working with her (I'm also wondering if there's any thoughts of protection going through Beau's mind? if Clover has or had a closer relationship with Dr Dominique?)
I just wanted to add in case you have any different thoughts/ideas because I just wanna have conversations about these characters so bad, they got my interest in a choke hold
The simple children's book like artstyle mixed with the animation and expression is SOOO GOOOOD?????😭😭😭😭😭😭

I was watching the video and thinking about something. The video clearly shows Bo destroying the Clover and actually… dying (?). So I have a theory that it ended with Dr. Dominique after he died since you drew him with her. (I guess he didn't die completely cuz you said he went missing and later returned to the group)
