this is the video introducing Japanese pickles
Nukazuke is very healthy pickles eaten for long time in Japan.
I use easy Nuka kit (that can keep in the frige)
Nuka pack (eventually 2 packs 500g per pack)
water 300cc for 1 pack of Nuka (600cc for total)
your favorite vegetables
pickle in the Nuka paste for one day.
slice the vegetable and serve
