What's up with the Brit accent?
+Damaged Soul That would be like asking why a certain American is speaking in an American accent.
So Jin Choi I looked it up after my post and he is of British origin. It's just that I had never heard him speak with his original accent. Sorry I just didn't know he was British. I thought he was American. My mistake.
Well he is from England
He was born in Wales, but grew up in Britain.
@@shelbybrantley2605 so he was born in Britain then
why do actors like to look ugly when their not playing roles? this guy looked amazing in batman and now he looks like an old fart
+theblazer Like David already said this look IS for a role that he's been filming. A lot of actors often look the way they do at least to an extent (in this case the haircut and the type of beard), because of the role they are doing at the time, or because they are in the process of growing hair (or beard) back after it had been cut or shaved for previous role, or doing that in preparation for the next role. For example: Bale had his hair shaved after American Hustle to get rid of the one he had for that role, so was bald for a while (and, well, fat).
But besides that... There is a big difference between specifically trying "to look ugly" like you put it... and actually liking different things look-wise than you do, or not caring much how they look. A guy might just like having a beard, for instance. With Bale, it's also him lacking vanity. He's not trying to look as good as possible even when not sporting a movie look (or necessary pre- or post-movie look). Oh, and probably a few less people recognize him with a beard, so there might be a bit less hassle in daily life. There's no reason why he'd want to keep looking like he did as Bruce Wayne (then as many people as possible would recognize him), and he clearly places no importance in looking pretty.
hes still hot
Y aún así se ve mejor que tú
