Wegz mixes rap with a very popular egyptian genre which is why the beat sounds different to you because this is the type of music that is popular in egypt and this is one of the reasons that wegz became very known in egypt because he makes music that people who are not only into rap can listen to. Other rappers tried doing this as well but it seems that wegz is the one who mastered it.
