    The universe we are in is relatively not that old. So then what would the last aliens ever think of the universe when it is around 100 trillion years old and when almost every other star has died out? Watch the video to find out.

    it haunts me that even if we achieve interstellar travel in the future, we still won't be able to see everything. Galaxies, planets, stars, e.t.c will never be seen by our species, even if we manage to make it past the solar system. That means even if we colonize the universe, billions or even trillions of solar objects are still unknown to us. Hiding in the darkest parts of the universe.

      Nizamuddin 10 Not that sad our earth is so unique, we're so lucky. Look at the atmosphere of Venus, the storms zipping along in Jupiter and Saturn, the hellish mercury.We get the ideal size, we're not too far away not too close from our star, our moon is ideal too. By comparison to all the exoplanets so far discovered,( burned by their star for some, experiencing horrible temperature swings because of their orbit for others, being highly irradiated)so yeah our universe is beautiful but also very dangerous.

      good point. i've noticed no matter how much we find out about the universe it always leads us back here. You would think people would get the idea how precious this planet is. its literally all we got. Its taking too long for us to develop love for the land. I hope by the time we figure it out its not too late. don't wanna end up like venus.

      User ItIsWhatItIs You do realize that you are literally saying people are superior because they are white, right? Yes that is a genetic trait, but it has nothing to do with intelligence. It has everything to do with physical appearance though. Although it doesn't make sense since you would think whites would not survive as well in the cold with less insulated skin but that's off topic. And Europe has stolen many of the greatest inventions from other nations, using that technology to secure specifically western European powers as world powers to propagate their children all over. Most notably gun powder, large naval vessels, and cannons. And humans do suck. Rape of Nanjing, Holocaust, Communist revolutions and subsequent forced plans of industrialization, Islamic terrorism, the Crusades, the Reconquista, slavery, and many other mass genocides and arbitrary wars of greedy leaders who usually didn't even gain anything. The history of humans is wrought with the worst of humanity. And if you think that these facts makes ME inferior or at fault, a guy who has committed no atrocities, then you sir (or woman, IDK) are poorly mistaken on how judgement of the immoral works.

    i would think that these last aliens would try to travel betweens vast distances by contracting the space between a point like an alcubierre drive. but they would have systems which could detect heat patterns and also if not the microwave background. they would very likely figure it out but they would never know what a galaxy looks like or maybe even their wouldn't be any galaxies at all. i still think to kind of imagine about this there needs to be a clear understanding about dark matter and dark energy

    • @VulcanGamingYT

    • @lokchucklindryfry94
      @lokchucklindryfry94 7 лет назад +1

      Paernce D00M it expands the fabric of universe pushing everything apart. It's called dark because the scientists still can't figure out what it is or what is causing it.

    • @twistednuke3101
      @twistednuke3101 7 лет назад +3

      It was historically assumed that an expanding universe would slow down over time due to gravity, either causing the expansion of the universe to reverse or decreasing the speed of expansion but being unable to contract the universe. However what was actually found is that the expansion of the universe isn't slowing, but increasing in speed. The placeholder name for the source of the energy causing the expansion is dark energy. It has nothing to with zero point energy, they are separate concepts.

    • @dalton5160
      @dalton5160 6 лет назад

      I think we need a bigger understanding of dark energy. If our civilization survives and advances immensely. We may be able to reverse the expansion. It may sound like a tall order or even impossible... by today's standards, but you can't even try to predict the limitations of an advanced civilization.

    The universe is one out of many in their own groups upon groups along with voids that can be unimaginably be long but some structures you never seen before larger than what we speculated our universe would be. If everything dies, everything starts over. I been through this countless of times.

  • @dilthepickle5346

    Unfortunately it looks like a void already where I live. 🙁

    May be we are also missing a some pieces of puzzle.
    Ancient being may know about what is lying beyond the observable universe.
    May be we are part of simulation.Who knows?????????

    • @GokuSon-zr8ow
      @GokuSon-zr8ow 7 лет назад +1

      That perspective really fascinates me.
      I also love the concept of "Boltzmann's brain": if that ancient being was one at the very beginning of the universe, maybe one that just lived some minutes after the Big Bang? I don't know if that would actually be possible but if so it would be very fascinating

    can you make a video about how it is to fall in a black hole ?

    • @christianriddler5063
      @christianriddler5063 7 лет назад

      A black hole is like a sun but the gravitation is so strong that light does not escape the event horizon. You would burn up or die of radiation sickness within seconds of going too close to it.

    • @GokuSon-zr8ow
      @GokuSon-zr8ow 7 лет назад +1

      You may also see some weird things since the more intense gravitational force is the slower the time, by the way I would actually love to see a video about this

    • @GokuSon-zr8ow
      @GokuSon-zr8ow 7 лет назад

      But you would feel time flowing normally while everything around you would "accelerate", I wonder if there is any value for gravity that causes a total time freeze

    I get a feeling suddenly that if we are put somewhere else I our universe where we would clearly see all the galaxies present and the task is to find our own galaxy then find the solar system and then find the planet and eventually reach home meet our loved ones..... If we are gifted with enormous amount of speed... What do you think guys can we figure out the path? Just a thought. M so sorry if m misleading you from what the topic of the video is.

    • @gracey2727
      @gracey2727 6 лет назад

      With an infinite amount of time we could.

    • @Marconel100
      @Marconel100 6 лет назад

      It's very possible..
      If you put some more thought into it you would know for sure it wouldn't be too hard, first of all, we already know our location in the universe, so just figure out where we are at the new location, and head towards home... simple.

    • @KyleClippers
      @KyleClippers 6 лет назад +1

      +Vasto Lorde not that simple, the universe is our observable universe, everything we can see because light has had the time to reach us. Putting us somewhere completely different in the universe may mean we could be at a galaxy that cant even be seen from earth. The universe could be endless.

    • @Marconel100
      @Marconel100 6 лет назад

      in that case your question is completely pointless, because it would be impossible.

    • @martiddy
      @martiddy 6 лет назад

      Nihar Prabhu I think it depends of the location of the universe, we would need to be in a place close enough that the light of the Sun can reach us and also in a certain angle, because if not then others galaxies and nebulas would prevent us from viewing our own galaxy.

    Just to let you know, there is possibly a universe that's the size of how the universe will be when our universe actually dies but instead of it expanding, its shrinking, getting smaller and smaller until it explodes again and it restarts the process

    What's frightening is that we might be too late to figure out some things about the universe, like maybe a multiverse that was visible until a few billion years ago.

  • @timharlam3222

    the thing about the big freeze. its not galaxies that would be too far away, its the fundamental particles that make up atoms that will become too far for galaxies to even exist.

  • @zmbdog

    The "big crunch" theory is basically dead because of the accelerated expansion of the universe. The "big crunch" was posited before this was discovered and it was thought everything would begin to recombine once the momentum from the big bang had died out. Now it's become obvious that isn't going to happen as some unknown factor is actively pushing all the galaxies away from each other at a faster rate instead of the slowed expansion we should be seeing.

  • @Schrodinger_
    @Schrodinger_ 4 года назад +2

    On the other hand, all the ingredients for life (all the heavy elements, including carbon) were in abundant supply about 1-2 billion years after the Big Bang (12-13 billion years ago). So there could have been plenty of life back then. And imagine how much _better_ their night sky was than ours. The universe was much denser, and was matter-dominated rather than dark energy-dominated like it is now. And maybe there were things they could see that could give them insight into the universe that no longer exists for us now.
