what do chapters mean
+Gleanice Cooper Chapter means the location of that specific charter. For undergrad, the greek letters are in order the chapter of specific frat was founded. For instance:
Fraternity Alpha Beta Alpha (just throwing letters out there) was founded at UT in 1921. The UT charter is Alpha Chapter. Then in 1923 ABA opened a second charter at TCU. That second charter is known as Beta Chapter. The third charter was established at OU and is known as Gamma Chapter and so forth and so forth. When more than 24 chapters are established, the letters of the greek chapter start over in doubles. for instance, the 25th charter of ABA is known as Alpha Alpha chapter and the 26 charter is called Alpha Beta Chapter.
