بچپن میں PTV کراچی سنٹر کا یہ مزاحیہ ڈرامہ بہت شوق سے دیکھا کرتے تھے اپنے وقت کا ایک بہترین لاجواب اور معیاری ڈرامہ تھا
بالکل ہم بھی اپنے پنجاب کے گاؤں دیہاتی علاقوں میں دیکھتے تھے

ففٹی ففٹی میں دراصل مزاح کے معیار پہ صرف اسماعیل تارہ اور مسجد جہانگیر ہی اترتے تھے ۔۔ ان کی مزاح سے بھرپور کردار نگاری، کردار عکاسی ، آواز و انداز، ڈائیلاگ کی ادائیگی ، Sitcom کے اعلی معیار نے ہی ففٹی ففٹی کو اب تک یادگار بنایا ھوا ہے ۔۔۔
باقی بھرتی کے کردار:
باقی تو بھرتی کے کردار تھے ۔۔۔ جو اپنے آپ کو فنکار کہلواتے تھے ۔۔ اگر ان کے کرداروں میں سے مزاحیہ جاندار سکرپٹ نکال دیا جائے تو باقی ماندہ اللہ کا نام ہی بچتا ہے ۔۔۔ مگر اسمعیل تارہ اور مسجد جہانگیر ہی دراصل روحِ رواں تھے ۔۔۔ یہ ہر skit کو امر بنا گئے ہیں ۔۔۔

Why no body in Pakistan do the restoration of these hit series, Pakistani old movies, TV Dramas, TV Shows? Some one wealthy in the film or media industry should do that for the country, even for there own benefit, its very easy, just buy the film restoration machine from France or China, and hire staff to convert all the old videos, plus buy the rights too. they would earn a lot via RUclips channel or even they can put all these classic hit shows on OTT, people will pay for these amazing TV shows, especially overseas Pakistani. They'll get the ROI in no time.

His companion or pair Majid Jehangir is is extremely sick and asking for financial help on the streets of Karachi.
