For everyone commenting about red's "injury," asking questions etc.
1. Bones have blood in them.
It's the same reason Sans bleeds out at the end of a genocide run. The reason Papyrus doesn't do the same is probably a design choice, or to add shock factor when you successfully kill Sans.
2. Bones are supposed to be hard to break, but that's just not true if all you're doing is trying to create some sort of cut through the direct bone.
Without any excess flesh, it's unprotected and fairly fragile. Especially if what you're doing the damage with is a larger sheet of metal like a butcher's knife.
Plus, if you're not trying to cut right through it and only "engrave" something in it, a smaller blade can do damage relatively easily.
Breaking a bone though, requires much more force. That's why one hit at such a high attack can kill Sans, given he's already fairly fragile.
(He clearly has never drank milk or eaten cereal in his life lol)

I too agree. When you go through hard times, and you are way to sensitive. It makes you wanna kill yourself.. Makes you only think bad thoughts, and nothing is going to make you better. But I'm fine. These thoughts might eventually go away.
