The one thing I Strongly disagree with you about this review is that the 76 Kong suit was wonderful, it was the best thing in that movie. Rick Baker not only created the suit but wore it and had to fight to get credit for his work. The "King Kong Lives" suit pale in comparison, though they are better than the Toho Kong suits.

Seriously, the Donkey Kong Country music and references are all I need. I think vintage video game music needs to be mandatory from here on out:-) Candy Kong...hehehehe. I was told that the guy playing Destro in that thing called GI Joe RoC played a character in this British show called Doctor Who. My g/f and I rented the first season from the library and after 5 episodes we were hooked. I went out and bought all of the seasons from the new series that were available at the time (Tennant's final full season) and went on from there. I've got a ton of the DVDs from the old series, especially from Tom Baker's run, but I just don't have the time to watch them right now.

It's not bad or terrible as so many have said that it is, but it isn't good either. It's okay. The movie could have been on par with or better than it's predecessor, "King Kong"[1976](which is good but pales in comparison to the 1933 film and the 2005 film, and should have had dinosaurs in it), it should have had Jack Prescott and Dwan, and Kong shouldn't have died at the end.

This movie's without a doubt the worst King Kong movie ever made considering that it's very cheap and lackluster for a King Kong movie! Add to the fact that Kong's got a wife and son in this makes this one the worst Kong movie ever made! Even the 76 King Kong movie was better than this and that's saying alot!
