    Got to admit the DCC is an amazing thing compared to the old DC systems. I may be the only modeler working with DC left, and although I have historic accuracy to give me an excuse for doing so and I will get my trains running well I will totally admit the limitations I will have here by not going with this sort of a modern system.
    These diesels are running like a swiss watch Neil, and the sounds are fantastic...

      If your DC layout runs properly all it takes is connecting 2 wires and you are running DCC. I have a switch that selects the input to the track. I can switch from pure DC, to PFM, to MTH DCS, and DCC. One does have to make sure the equipment on the track is compatible with the power selected. There is nothing wrong with DC, but it is good to know your options. Thanks for watching! Neil
