I cannot comment about Udemy or any other Plateform, it depends on your course details and discussion, I can say if you install this Source which we have uploaded, using this you can practice FICO after succesfull installation

Getting a job in SAP is difficult, but you can move from the internal department transfer to the SAP Department. As you have mentioned you work in IT Support, then I recommended go to BASIS Module instead of ABAP.
