If I am migrating from SmartThings to Hubatat, the video said something about doing a factory reset. Is that really necessary to move from one hub to another? Thank you.
This looks like Marketing drivel. He's got all his devices added by 1:43. Fat chance. The lack of an industry standard is the Achilles heel of this hub, and many others.
