I've been wondering, which MAX 9's are not grounded?

The ones that have a functional door for the left rear exit instead of a "plug" are not grounded. Some planes are configured for less passengers and don't require that exit... depends on what the Airline ordered up. But there's some breaking story about further grounding and the details are not yet clear.
