I do squat exercises every day and I know how hard it is. It is difficult to perform any fast movements from a deep squat. What these guys are doing is fucking hard.

This is the Ukrainian stage dance "povzunets" (the name comes from the word to crawl), first staged by the famous choreographer Virsky. When creating the dance, the folklore movement "povzunets" was taken as a basis. In dance, most dance pas are performed on bent knees with occasional bouncing from bent legs.
I highly recommend the author of the channel to also react to the most famous Ukrainian folk dance, which is called "hopak". Here you can see the elements of martial art in it.

Hopak seems so "athletic" because this dance consists of elements of traditional kossaks fight art or training. I saw Hopak video from 1930s on TV and it had much harder and complicated elements dancers can't do now. While Soviet period Ukrainian culture lost a lot and now something is impossible to get back. It's like to learn Kung Fu just watching video. It will not work, you should have a teacher who knows how to do it properly.🤔🧐 Thanks for your reaction and support❤

My friend, this dance is not hopak. This is the Ukrainian stage dance "povzunets" (the name comes from the word to crawl), first staged by the famous choreographer Virsky.
