@DK, Cremina is a great machine. They basically took the the LP concepts and improved on them. Temp management is MUCH better. The Cremina looks great. Great build quality. And more money....
@Ed, Hoon made me a Cuptimo after this. It's good. The concept is interesting. But...is it a solution looking for a problem?
Hi Hoon and Bruce, I just ordered the isolator, temperature gauge, and Airbuster from Tudor, but I find that my la pavoni expo doesn't work at all. There is no pressure, or water release when I lift the lever. Also, there is a lot of leakage from the tube that comes from the side of the airbuster, leaving the water boiler empty by the time the machine heats up. I can't seem to find any videos how to install these mods properly. Even Coffee sensor hasn't done a video on how that is done. I don't have a solution to the problem. Perhaps Bruce could shed some light how to install the airbuster. Thanks for your efforts, and greetings from Australia,

Honestly I am only interested in non electric coffee/exspresso boilers.
I would like to try and make one, or have one made,. Steam only.. I think I need a old machine like that that is inoperable to re-create it into a steam only machine?
I have a fireplace that makes steam.
Anyone willing to help me make my fireplace make exspresso?
