I don't watch much golf but this woman reporter is well prepared with great questions. I've watched Caitlin the last couple years and the reporters in women's basketball ask the same questions all the time. This interview was refreshing. Nice job!
“If I had only one more round to play, I would choose to play it at Pebble Beach.” Jack Nicklaus said who admired its scenic beauty and challenging layout, particularly noting how the course uses the natural landscape to create a unique and memorable golfing experience.
Weird take, but I loved how she respected the course and the other players by talking in a hushed tone. Not all celebrities would do that. Total class act.
@golfchannel just to clarify for you -- it IS NOT Caitlin's first golf tourney! In 2023 she was the star player at the John Deere Classic in Quad Cities and paired with professional player Zach Johnson, who is the most famous PGA player from Iowa.
Thank god for The Golf Channel and the LPGA's social media accounts for keeping CC's fans updated, apparently the WNBA isn't covering anything to do with Caitlin, as usual.
Not her first pro am tournament as she played in one in Iowa last year. A commentator said the last time attendance had been that high Tiger Woods had played.
She handles all of these interviews like a veteran. I would think she was 30+ if I didn't know who she was. She was definitely raised right and level headed
More of the CC effect: She’s walking along and talking and the mass of people on the side of the fairway are watching and following along. And then she stops and everyone stops. That’s when you know you became a legacy
She is such a class act! Not a bad basketball player either LOL. This is coming from a hockey guy who has watched her since her junior year in college. She is the only basketball I watch. She is so awesome on and off the court.
If Nike get their shit together, they should have CC basketball and golf gear ready for sale. CC22 basketball looking golf balls will sell out like hotcakes.
Never played or watched golf in my life. Never been on a golf channel until now, as I've become interested in all things Caitlin Clark related. LPGA has so much class compared to the WNBA sewer dump.
@@stevenmeyer9674 I'm referring to the warm welcoming that Caitlin received by the LPGA, as opposed to what she received by the WNBA. I thought that was obvious and wouldn't require an explanation.
Love seeing our C-Square Queen of the Court , Can just be the young lady she is and having fun well done Golf Channel LPGA very enjoyable to watch this event
This is the most I have enjoyed sports since the 90's. All thanks to CC.

Nothing we are used to in the wnba 🤣
I watch alot of golf and also basketball, her name is Kara Dixon...she's one of the best interview people around, always has great questions.
Her poise at 22 years old is impressive.
It’s so impressive!!
Incredibly true. More mature than me and I'm a lot older.
It's part of her appeal! Thanks for mentioning that.🐱🐱🐱
Never been on Golf Channel, til my 3 visits today. Thank you for posting Caitlin Clark's debut!
Me too!
Same😊
We just can't get enough of the great Caitlin Clark!
A nice classy interview. Caitlin is certainly a special person.
Unbelievable, Caitlin Clark showed the World that she human and a fantastic ambassador for women sports🎉
Golf Channel hit a home run! Wow, what can you say? Great analysts as well. The walk along was crazy good!!!😍😍🎈🎈🎥🎥📷📷🗻🗻
Hats off Golf Channel. Great interview. Everything was just so natural. We need more professionals like Kira.
Clark is one of those athletes who transcends sports. What a woman.
What a natural interview!
Credit to the interviewer (sorry - don't know her name!). Really interesting and well played CC22👍👌
Well done Kira K.

Remember Tiger in 2000 at Pebble
I've been a passionate sports fan since the 1970's. Annika was great. Caitlin just has IT (whatever "it" is). What an incredible youngster she is.
CC has the presence to compliment the interviewer. Pro at 22!
Great interview!
Great, short interview. Thanks golf channel! I adore CC and watching her play golf makes me want to give it a try and watch the golf channel as well.
CC so nice saying all good stuff about Anna the legend 🥰😍
Caitlin should come to the Uk and play on our championship courses 😊
Good to hear from you UK. Just another relation from another nation!🏰🏰🏰
Weird take, but I loved how she respected the course and the other players by talking in a hushed tone. Not all celebrities would do that. Total class act.
"pay gap" Of course golf channel asked that question.. well done Caitlin. You answered that perfectly
Thank you CC
She will soon be the most popular athlete on the planet.

She simply must be part of the Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
It's not her first golf tour. She played a Pro Am with Zach Johnson last summer.
She handles all of these interviews like a veteran. I would think she was 30+ if I didn't know who she was. She was definitely raised right and level headed

I can't stand watching golf, never could, well...
Until now. I will watch it for #CaitlinClark and enjoy it!

Luv ❤❤ CC22 . Thanks golf channel
Interesting to get inside the head of a great champion for a few minutes. Great interview.
Wow. CC effect. Golf course full of people including kids who are instant golf enthusiast.
Give us more CC.
She is such a class act! Not a bad basketball player either LOL. This is coming from a hockey guy who has watched her since her junior year in college. She is the only basketball I watch. She is so awesome on and off the court.
Caitlin is an amazing woman.
Nice interview Kira, well done.
Very well done! Loving it!!!💒💒💒🐱🐱🐱🎈🎈🎈🎥🎥🎥
Getting better by working for it. Wonder why parents love their kids watching her.
All athletes work to get better. She is not unusual.
P.G. Wodehouse, “The Golf Omnibus”. Short stories. ❤
If Nike get their shit together, they should have CC basketball and golf gear ready for sale. CC22 basketball looking golf balls will sell out like hotcakes.
Rumor has it CC shot an 18... is that correct?
young girls will start playing golf now that CC plays maybe even older girls will give it a try

If you've never played or watched golf in your life, how could you possibly judge the LPGA ?
